Fabulous stay by the beautiful Gardens

  • 5 of 5

This apartment is as seen in the pictures. Lovely furnishings and well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect! Well within walking distance of everything and lots of shops around for groceries, bistros and bakeries. We were 3 female friends and there was adequate space for us. Music was supplied at times by the Temple Protestant across the street, which added ambience and was not invasive at all. Otherwise, the street is quiet. Great apartment!

Fabulous week in Paris! Great location, close to most everything.

  • 5 of 5

Aaron met us promptly, walked us through the apt with explanations on the appliances and electronics, gave us names of restaurants, boulangeries, and coffee shops. Our favorite (when weary) after a long day was Cafe Madame serving beakfast, lunch and dinner late night one block away. The flat has most everything one could need however you should pickup toilet tissue, paper towels, Nespresso coffee pods, etc. There’s a small market around the corner and a Franprix within a few blocks. Bon Marché is a 10 minute walk, don’t miss Bon Marchés Grand Épicerie, with food and wines from all cultures, great for preparing dinner in the apartment.

It was unseasonably warm at night but we managed with open windows and a fan. Street noise was not a problem at all.

I recommend the low cost insurance, otherwise check-in is not allowed until a damage deposit is paid in Euros on arrival. We booked transportation from CDG through the management company which worked out well for us. The flat is perfect for 3-4 persons, twin beds and full bath with toilet on the entry level ground floor. There’s a spiral wooden staircase going up to the second level to another bedroom with queen bed, full bath with toilet along with the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay in Paris!

  • 5 of 5

I have rent the apartment for a month (March 2018). I was traveling with my husband and my 10 years old son for the first two weeks. The location was perfect. If feels fantastic to have the Jardin du Luxembourg just few steps from the door. My son could play basketball there, and I had the best spot to jog. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Paris. It is safe, beautiful, central (15 minutes from Montparnasse, St-Germain, etc.). Many bus lines and metro around (5 minutes from the apartment). A lot of boutiques, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and pictures and representatives. Clean, well decorated; the service, from arrival to departure is A1. Nothing to say, a really nice place to stay in Paris!

What a wonderful apartment!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was beautiful and quite central. It was as it appears on the photos. The greeter was helpful and showed us around the apartment ensuring we understood how everything operated. He was there waiting for us when we arrived. It was helpful to have a list of recommended local restaurants in the area and some books and maps of Paris there to use also. The property is in a very safe and lovely neighbourhood. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to others here in Australia.

Amazing apartment and location

  • 5 of 5

AMAZING apartment in a no less impressive neighborhood. This very beautiful little gem is decorated as if for a movie, the building itself beautiful and luxurious, kitchen and bathrooms VERY well maintained (like new) and equipped. The location, well, AMAZING! A block away from the Luxembourg garden, near the charming Saint Sulpice church with its so charming surrounding boutiques, cafes, little street and the whole Saint Germaine neighborhood; to sum it all up it is close to almost everything by foot or by the metro stations nearby. I can’t really think of another word for it than just AMAZING.

Very nice choice!

  • 5 of 5

I am so glad that I chosen this apartment which is right by Luxenburg Garden. The subway station and supermarket are within 2-3 minutes walking distance, not to mention that quite a few restaurants are nearby. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Car: not necessary

The Luxembourg Gardens may well be one of the most successful parks in the world, partly because it is so well integrated into the fabric of the city around it, which makes it easily accessible. There are also many things to do there, evidenced by the wide range of people who use it: children, older people, Sorbonne students, people cutting through on a lunch break, etc.

People come to stroll, play chess, to sit and read, people watch, sit at one of the cafes or to bring their children or grandchildren to one of the many attractions for kids. Organized activities at the park include tennis, pony rides, puppet theatres, and toy sailboat rental (children float them in the large central fountain). Visitors can also stop inside the Palais and attend a hearing of the French Senate, which is open to the public.Latin Quarters and a few steps from Saint-Germain des Pres. A haven nestled between river Seine and boulevard Saint-Germain is happy to be in one of Paris’ most chic and sought-after districts. A short promenade takes you to Paris’ most important monuments and lively streets, with cafes and restaurants, clubs, theatres, as well as boutiques for those who like to shop. All food shopping and needs are also at hand: bakery, butcher and supermarket.
