My name is Martin Susec and I am the managing member of the Susec Chalet, LLC. I am a corporate attorney for a large insurance company in Columbus, Ohio. My parents build the Susec Chalet in 1989 for their retirement. Since then, our family has kept it for ourselves and others to enjoy.

This property was passed down to me by my Slovenian parents. However, it is a relatively new build with a distinct European flavor. It is perfect for Ohio's wine country and will remind you of the landscape and vineyards of Austria or Northern Italy.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
