You will enjoy the pool in this quiet, recently remodeled, lush complex. The single-level, second-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has large closets and two extremely comfortable queen beds, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls’ getaway, or romantic retreat. A workstation and wifi allows guests to get some work done, if needed.

Beautifully furnished with upscale art, the living room and dining area have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV/DVD. The bedrooms feature luxurious 650 thread count sheets and lots of down pillows, and great ceiling fans and upgraded lighting throughout. Iphone/Ipod speakers/alarm clock in master bedroom.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped high-end appliances including a stainless steel appliance, dishwasher, disposal, convection oven, plus lots of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking dishes and plenty of storage in beautiful, light custom cabinets and dark granite. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining and feeling right at home.

Fully secure, the gated complex allows guests to have added security. One reserved covered parking space is conveniently located and other parking is available throughout.

The private balcony has a great view of the trees and waterfall at the pool and is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop (free Wi-Fi!) and drinking your morning coffee.

This townhome offers a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation and close to everything one could desire. The large, beautiful community pool is a wonderful spot to enjoy on your own or for entertaining. There is also a gym with workout equipment and free weights that are available for you to use during your stay.

Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square’s easy access makes this getaway a shopper’s paradise. The prime central Phoenix location means that everything is nearby: movies, live music, wine bars, Chase Field, Phoenix Art Museum, Desert Botanical Garden and much more. As an Arizona native, I am very familiar with the area and absolutely love it so my best friend and I bought this home as a place where we could come back to visit and allow others to come enjoy all the great things that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Though Phoenix is no longer our home, we come over occasionally to visit family and enjoy our home-away-from home. We adore our charming getaway for a petit escape and feel sure you will, too.

We bought this home because we loved the serenity of the complex and its easy access to everything. We also love the awesome kitchen, hardwood floors, and the great layout for entertaining. It has been remodeled from floor to ceiling and added some upscale features to make it feel very comfortable and luxurious.

We love coming to our desert oasis to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet, entertaining friends and being so close to anything we feel like doing. Phoenix is a fantastic place to explore and this place is ideal for getting around anywhere. We are happy to share our comfy, contemporary home with all of its nearby stores, restaurants and nightlife.

Nice green oasis in a dry dusty city

QUIET QUIET oasis

we were very happily installed in this condo.The location is truly FUN and practical. It ended up being very close to our daughter's home off of 9th Street in the Historic District.

We used the light rail to travel to town and to the YMCA to swim in the larger pool

The pool on the premises is very refreshing and seemed to have very little chlorine which is alwys a plus.

WE slept like babies and enjoyed being close to Trader Joes, Sprouts and WHole Foods off of Camelback and 20th. The showers were also a plus. Thank you Brooke

Outstanding property in central Phoenix maintained by thorough and professional owner

This was a very comfortable and very nice condo in a gated condo community. The property was exceptionally clean. The owner is extremely professional and great at communicating everything we needed. The condo is supplied with everything we could ever think to need for a few days stay. We loved the location - its very close to downtown, and has great access to the other Phoenix hot spots such as Tempe and Scottsdale. It has great freeway access, so it was perfect for a a visitor who planned to go to numerous spring training ballparks. We hope to stay here again on our annual spring training trip.

Centrally located, super clean apartment!

This property was very clean and we stayed here for a total of about 2 weeks (with a week away between each week). The apartment is very centrally located and is a short drive to many shopping and dining areas. It is gated and the pool was pleasant with a welcoming waterfall structure attached to it. There is fast and reliable wi-fi which was very important for us.

The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. I wasn't sure if Brooke (agent) stocked the kitchen with some chopsticks because I mentioned my mother was flying in from Japan, but that was very nice to have! Very thoughtful indeed.

It was also convenient that one could watch DVDs in both bedrooms as well -- the players were built into the flatscreen TVs on the walls to save space. Clever!

It states in the description that there are 2 showers, but people may still miss it -- there are literally 2 shower areas (beautifully upgraded, but no tubs). This is fine for most of us but a little inconvenient for my aging mother so I had to bring a shower chair (like the ones they have in a hospital) for her use. During our second week, one of the sinks was out of order so it was a bit inconvenient, but I'm sure Brooke will look into that asap. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable, and it was great to have one covered parking spot.

Brooke was extremely responsive to any questions we had. This apartment is great for families (with older or well-behaved children who won't jump and run around too much because there are people living downstairs), couples, and travelling friends. Might not be for fragile elderly folks due to stairs and shower-only bathrooms, but we highly recommend this property for everyone else!

Just Great!

My husband and I just wanted to escape the winter months and go to a warmer place. So we did a long weekend in Arizona. It was our first time there and it was all well worth it. Staying at Elm was just perfect. We really liked that it was so central. I really liked the variety of restaurants and how easy it was to get to them. The place was just so clean and we had everything we needed. From great appliances to even a very comfortable bed which is always a bonus.

We will be for sure coming back!

Great stay

Had a great stay while waiting for our home to close escrow a few miles away. The location is great because of the freeway access either way and the choice of restaurants just a few miles away. You can walk to light rail and go to restaurants downtown Phoenix and even Tempe.

The condo was clean and complex is kept nice. Location from parking to front door is nice especially for carrying groceries.
