This unit was freshly painted and redecorated. This is a “NO SMOKING” unit and pets are not allowed. The unit sleeps 4 people. It’s located on the 5th floor and has a direct unrestricted beach front balcony view. Island Princess is located just minutes away from downtown Destin and is convenient to many local Restaurants and Shops.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and there are twin beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, and cookware. The unit is also equipped with linens, towels, and a washer/dryer. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture that is very comfortable so you can relax and enjoy the direct unobstructed view of the ocean.

Island Princess has a beachside swimming pool and a heated hot tub. The property also has an exercise room and barbecue area. You will enjoy your stay in this beautiful condominium without the crowds and noise. The scenery is breathtaking with the most unspoiled white sand beaches and emerald green water in the state of Florida.

About Brian

My wife and I live in Huntsville, Alabama and we have resided here since 2006. Both my wife and I grew-up in the Southeast and we love to visit the beach. Okaloosa Island is truly beautiful place to vacation.

Why Brian chose Fort Walton Beach

We truly fell in love with the place and decided to purchase a second condo located at Island Princess to accommodate our family. The location is relaxing and the sugar white sand along the emerald cost is just absolutely beautiful.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is nicely decorated and the building is very quiet. In addition, there are three elevators located on the property which allows for quick access to each floor.

Fantastic Condo with a priceless view of the Gulf

This Island Princess 2BR/2BA condo is absolutely beautiful. It is centrally located on Okaloosa Island just minutes from downtown Ft. Walton Beach, FL and 15 minutes to the heart of Destin, FL. The beautiful white sand beach is only steps away from complex itself. The condo is furnished with everything one might need for a long, or short stay. It is beautifully decorated, well maintained and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. A huge bonus in the master bedroom is that window overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and also has a walkout door to the patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio and frequently saw dolphins as they swam only yards from the beach making their way down the coast. The Island Princess complex is well maintained, has a heated pool, hot tub and exercise room with treadmills, an elliptical machine and a universal weight machine. Before I forget, this condo has a covered parking area, which many do not. We have had the pleasure to rent from Brian (the owner) for the past 3 years and find he is easy to work and very accommodating to insure our stay is great. We highly recommend this condo and owner if you're looking for a carefree, fantastic vacation to this area on the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful condo, great ocean view, easy beach access!

My family enjoyed staying at the Island Princess because of the beautiful condo, nice balcony overlooking the ocean, and easy beach access. The condo is well-maintained and gave us a welcoming feeling. The balcony is private, spacious, and has nice seating! We would highly recommend this property!
