About Melissa Schwartz

Randy and Kris Chapman live in Vancouver, WA. They love this area of Phoenix and jumped on the opportunity to invest in a home away from home. Kris lived in the NW and Randy lived in Phoenix when they met 12 years ago. Randy worked most of his career in Phoenix. We lived 7 years in the Desert Ridge area so we know how great this location is.

We both love the PNW and Arizona and consider our friends in Phoenix to be extended family. We visit often. This condo is a dream of ours and we are happy to be able to share it with you!

Why Melissa Schwartz chose Phoenix

We love the Aviano/Desert Ridge area because we lived there for 7 years. The location is close to the 51 and 101 freeways so getting anywhere in Phoenix is a breeze. The area is packed with great dining, shopping, walking paths and parks for kids. It also has the stores you need for everyday such as grocery stores, Target, etc. The airport is 25 min away down the 51 freeway. This home is in a gated community and the condo's are clean, nice and fairly new. We love this home!

Everything "as advertised"

This condo surprised and delighted us! It was CLEAN, well supplied and very convenient to local attractions, shopping ,restaurants, etc. Both the owner and property manager were very easy to deal with and quickly responded to our few requests or questions. We loved it so much that we are going back again next winter. We especially liked having all of the places for walking around the complex and seeing how well maintained the grounds were. It truly is an "oasis in the desert".

We have a fabulous location close to the 51 & 101 freeways. 20-25 minutes to airport, the zoo, scottsdale, downtown, etc. This freeway access makes navigating all of Phoenix a little quicker and easier.

Hiking in the desert is beautiful and the Sonoran Desert filled with Saguaro cacti and sunsets are fabulous!

Shopping is always premium in the N Phoenix/Scottsdale area. City North OR

Refundable damage deposit $1,500

This unit has a tandem 2 car garage. Parking is closely monitored and renters are not allowed to park outside garage for any length of time especially overnight.

In order to secure or hold the unit we require an earnest money deposit in the amount of the first month rent which is due immediately. 30 days prior to move in date a refundable security or damage deposit of $1000 and cleaning fee ($200 NON refundable) is due.
Cashiers check or personal check mailed to owners in Vancouver, WA upfront unless long term.
