Absolutely FABULOUS!!

  • 5 of 5

We have been so fortunate to have rented this home too many times to count over the past 14 years and hope to return year after year! The home is beautifully decorated with a well appointed kitchen,(you know cooks live here, not a "lame rental kithcen"), very comfortable beds, nice linins and a wonderful homey feel that is clean, welcoming and relaxing. We started visiting The Island years back, sans kids, and now have continued to visit with kids from infancy to new teenagers. They LOVE this home.It has become their summer memories.

The house is on a lovely street with a great private and beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for barbeques, and happy hour. It is a hop, skip and a jump to all that goes on downtown, and we love to be able to easily walk everywhere.

This home is appointed with everything you could want or need.Convenient laundry, beach chairs, mats, games,it is close to the bike trail, and restaurants galore. Fantastic shopping and some of the best beaches in New England.

It is our absolutely favorite place to go! We hope to continue our wonderful memories in this Nanctucket home!

My husband and I have stayed in this lovely home numerous times. We love the location that allows us to walk to the ferry, restaurants, and shops. We can even walk to a grocery and liquor store. The kitchen is the best part of the house especially the fireplace and the island with saddle type stools. But even better than that is the back yard--completely private with lovely landscaping--the perfect setting for happy hour. If you go try the ice cream at the "Juice Guys" downtown. It's the best you'll ever have. The Whaling museum is exquisite. Nantucket is a SPECIAL place!

This house has it all!

  • 5 of 5

Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall...this house has it all! We have been coming to Nantucket for years and have been lucky enough to have stayed at this house in both July and December. We have such a wonderful time on the island and this house is the perfect hub for all our activities. We were able to walk to downtown for the 4th of July firetruck soak and the lighting of the trees for Christmas.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable for our family including our two kids. The newly updated kitchen provided all the modern conveniences we could ask for. The owners were very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to come back year after year.

Love this Home

  • 5 of 5

My first visit to this lovely, well appointed historic home was in 2004, and I have returned to vacation here every year since. It has three floors of historic charm, modern amenities, particularly in the beautifully restored and updated kitchen, and a private and landscaped patio and yard. It is also a short walk to all of the many fine shops and restaurants in town and also to the ferries, should you choose to leave your car on the Mainland.

I have been to the Annual Daffodil and Film Festivals and have enjoyed being a short walk to Christmas Stroll and returning to the warmth of the fire in the kitchen hearth. Whatever the season, this home comes equipped with all that is needed for your comfort. There is outdoor furniture, a grill, beach chairs and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, yoga mats, and a charming widow's walk for star gazing and people watching.

We will continue to return to our favorite vacation home to further explore all this beautiful Island has to offer.

Just perfect!

  • 5 of 5

This beautifully restored eighteenth-century home was so superbly located it made our Nantucket visit all that we'd hoped for. The well-appointed house provided all the necessary amenities - from beach chairs and yoga mats to a fabulously modern, fully equipped kitchen. And with the hub of historic Nantucket a short walk from our door, we were grateful for the chance to leave our vehicle on the mainland. We were just a few cobblestones away from all the great restaurants, museums and wonderful shops.

Just perfect!
