We had a wonderful time in this house. It was small, clean and perfect for our needs. The setting in the woods is lovely. The owner was very attentive and left detailed instructions for the house. If we ever return to the area we hope to stay here again!

Reviewer Comments:

We came to Pt Reyes seeking a refuge from the heavy smoke in Oregon & northern California. Fox Haven was just what we needed. We favor homes that have good outdoor space, and the deck of Fox Haven was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or a simple supper and bottle of wine. The cottage is also well furnished inside. Everything we need ed and more. Plus the air was so very breathe-able! Just what we were looking for!

Reviewer Comments:

This is a really nice little cottage and perfect for a couples get away at Pt Reyes. It shares the grounds with a bigger house but this is down the hill with good separation. The house, appliances and amenities were all great. There is a futon in the living room that additional guests could use but that might get tight. The place is really perfect two if you intend to enjoy Pt Reyes seashore.

Reviewer Comments:

Everything was perfect. Our family really enjoyed the location of hideaway as well as the convenience for trails, beaches, restaurants, bakeries, markets and so on. The house was well appointed, and especially the mattress was great. Every tool we need to cook, eat, and clean was well equipped including quality coffee beans and organic half and half produced from the nearby creamery. Every morning we ground coffee beans and enjoyed coffee in the deck. We feel like we were in the middle of forest with everything we need. We will definitely revisit this house.
