You will absolutely love this completely renovated Gulf front top floor corner unit and its fresh surroundings. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean in the very desirable Sand Pointe condominium complex with a new open floor plan and furnishings. The designer kitchen is stunning - from stainless steel appliances to beautiful all-wood cabinets to granite countertops. No expense has been spared!

The bathrooms are also remodeled and luxurious with white cabinetry paired with rich granite and corian countertops. The master bath boasts a tiled walk-in shower with custom glass doors and the guest bath has a neatly tiled shower/bath combo. The unit also has newer doors and trim, crown moldings, plantation shutters, tile flooring and carpeting throughout!

We had the most perfect time in the most perfect place, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Your condo is just stunning and so well equipped, with so many thoughtful touches we can’t thank you enough for letting us share it.



The view from the condo was amazing and I have to say we spent quite a bit of time just sitting on the balcony drinking coffee or sipping wine, it was so relaxing just watching the sea and wildlife. We also spent most mornings walking the beach and collecting shells, just a perfect way to start the day!



We really hope to return to what is a very special place, so thank you again for providing such a lovely condo for rent.

Priceless!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sanibel vacation and it was largely due to our stay at Sand Pointe 137. What an awesome property - the unit is very nicely finished, decorated and well equipped. We had everything we needed including a magnificent view. We spent a lot of time on the screened patio when at the unit. We otherwise took advantage of the beautiful and secluded beach. The pool worked very well for a change of scenery and provided the kids a great place to play and stay cool. Kari was fantastic to work with and greatly appreciate her thoughtful hospitality. The beach and pool items provided in the storage unit were greatly appreciated since we traveled by air. Thank you Kari for thinking of everything! We look forward to our next visit to Sanibel and Sand Pointe 137!

Beautiful clean and relaxing!

Beach at this location excellent. The pool was heavenly. Grounds well maintained and the elevator was not stinky- you know what I mean. Interior nicely decorated which added to the feeling of calm. Only con. I didn't like the sheets from the service company.

Relaxing week on Sanibel Island

This condo unit at Sand Pointe is beyond clean, which for me is the most important thing when it comes to being able to relax while on vacation! The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and every room is comfortable and the furniture is nice! It has a great ocean front view with a table and chairs which we used more often than the ones inside the condo! The condo also had beach towels and loads of chairs and sand toys which was super helpful as I could take all that off my packing list. The owner of this condo is helpful and I can tell she honestly cares about the upkeep of her condo as well as her guests enjoying their stay while on the island. Can't say enough good things!

Beautiful Sand Pointe 137

This was our 2nd year at this condo and we loved it even more than last year. You are so close to the water and can hear the waves hitting the beach. This year we saw the dolphins playing near the shore on several days. Kari maintains the unit with everything you need and quality furnishings. Sanibel is our go to location for shopping, biking and the beautiful beach. We immediately booked for next year!

Four in a Row!!!!

I'm not sure we can add to our previous THREE reviews, but we'll try. The fact that this is our fourth year in a row and we have already reserved for next year should speak volumes for how nice this rental is. Hard to actually say "rental" because it certainly feels like our home away from home. Even though weather is beyond ones control, it could not have been more perfect. Cool nights and warm days just added to the surreal atmosphere that Sanibel exudes. Even though the unit was already top notch, Kari is meticulous of the condition and even added some upgrades to some items. The pool was refinished and was refreshing and in perfect shape. We feel so fortunate that we found this place and even more fortunate to be able to continue our Thanksgiving tradition here in Sanibel. All of the restaraunts we visited continue to exceed expectations. Do not miss a lunch at Grandma Dots in the marina. Because the kitchen is so well equipped it was easy for us to cook some meals at "home". Breakfast on the lanai was a daily event - watching the dolphins hunt in the shallows or just watching boats passing by. Another amazing benefit of this unit is that it faces due South so you can see the sunrise and sunset all from the same balcony!! Obviously, we cannot say enough good things about staying here so do not hesitate to rent this unit IF you are lucky enough to find availability!!

Exceptional accomodations and fun vacation!

Everything one needs for a wonderful vacation is contained in this condo. It's a beautiful place and the view is incredible. Additionally, the owner, Kari is wonderful! Even though the condo has a three-ring binder containing all the information necessary, she responds immediately to any calls for questions (I couldn't find the storage unit number that contained the beach toys, and called Kari, but all of the information was all there in the 3-ring binder, as I later discovered). VIP Realty provides all of the current details, as well as starter pack for basic needs products, such as paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap, etc. Again, it's there printed or sent in an e-mail--just read! The entire condo has everything one needs for a great vacation--from the Keurig coffee machine, the full sized washer-dryer, to the drying rack and grill on the porch. It's just like home, only better!

We rented a kayak from Yolo, which is a sister company of Billy's Bike rental. Yolo means "you only live once" which holds true at Sanibel. My daughters, age 9 and 12, learned to paddle in a kayak on this trip. We loved the restaurant, Over Easy, as well as the stores near it. Everyone on the island was friendly and all of our "stuff" was safe as the people on the island are very respectful (we had to leave out our kayak and other belongings, which remained untouched the entire time). I did not want to leave . I wish I could stay here forever. My children and husband also loved the vacation. We spent many hours swimming and snorkeling. This is the best place ever! Again, i would love to be here longer, another week perhaps, if not forever, but sadly I have commitments elsewhere. This is an awesome rental for smaller or younger families. It has been exactly as expected, and more.

Future renters, do not hesitate to book if you actually run across this rental when searching for a place to stay.. It is one of the best on Sanibel!!!! I hope to book again in the near future!
