Aloha! Welcome to the beautiful Paki Maui Property!! Located on the North end of beautiful Ka'anapali Coast.

This very affordable, nonsmoking, roomy 1bdrm/1bath (w/new queen sleeper mattress) tranquil garden view room unit (Unit #411) with cool tropical breezes is located on the fourth floor for a wonderful intimate relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Maui!

Experience a beautiful morning on the Lanai with the sounds of birds, a waterfall and cool refreshing trade winds to start your amazing day. Relax, plan and enjoy a moment of relaxation.... this is your have arrived!

This property is an oceanfront complex that offers guests a welcoming atmosphere to relax in North Ka'anapali with all the comforts of home! The oceanfront pool & jacuzzi, covered gas BBQ area with seating and/or open air briquette grilling area to make scrumptious meals day or evening. Seating is offered while grilling, around the pool or enjoy a lounge chair w/tables for sunning, reading, relaxing in the manicured grass area sitting direct ocean front with amazing views of Molokai'i to the North and center and South Lanai'i.

This unit has recently been remodeled w/upgrades for your convenience. We offer free unit dedicated WIFI for all your needs, business or pleasure. This is located in the large and very comfortable living room for ultimate connection. In the living room we have a queen sleeper sofa with a new mattress, large custom ceiling fan & a stand up fan for added circulation. There is no AC in this unit as this is a NON AC building and complex.

We also have two (2) T.V.'s for your viewing pleasure, a 40' flat screen is located in the living room w/new BLU-RAY/DVD/CD PLAYER to access your Netflix, HULU, PANDORA, ETC. accounts for your movies or TV shows. As well, a 20' flat screen T.V. is located in the bedroom on a movable mount. There is a an IHOME charging station for your IPOD, IPhone, MP3 Players with all the attachments to fit your specific device.

A comfortable dinning chairs and table will accommodate 4 people for enjoying a home cooked meal....anytime you would like. Or eat out on the beautiful table and chairs provided on the breezy Lanai. Enjoy the clean air of Maui, the sounds of the birds, the beautiful Hawaiian plants and flowers. You might even catch a gecko getting in some morning sun!

The kitchen has plenty of storage with maple cabinets, granite tops, full size dishwasher, new cook top & new large microwave. The kitchen has a coffee maker toaster, refrigerator, blender, knive block and very well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc. for your in condo cooking needs and storage.

The very spacious bedroom is complete with new queen mattress, bedroom suite to include 6 drawer dresser, closet, new iron & board, 20' flat screen TV, large custom ceiling fan, additional portable standup fan, in room safe, all for your use during your stay. There is a large ceiling to floor window for full ventilation.

The very large bathroom has a shower/tub combination with granite counters and a shower massager. The beautiful and large paneled sliding doors provide plenty of circulation, but do use the standup fan tower if needed. There is plenty of lighting and storage, blow dryer provided, all linens, Q-tips, makeup pads, band-aids, small amenity bar soap, shampoo, conditioner to get your started for night out or stay in and enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.

For your stay, we provide in the condo: beach towels, 2 boogie boards, sand mats, umbrella, beach bags, cooler, 2 reclining beach chairs for your use during your stay at our beautiful garden view property.

Ready to get out and get some sun on the beautifully manicured lawns with lounge chairs and tables for your convenience? Or maybe a relaxing jacuzzi after enjoying an amazing morning beach front walk. How about a cooling dip in the pool? Access the beautiful ocean front from the middle of the building on the first floor. Grab a chair, enjoy the sun, some amazing snorkeling directly in front of the resort, or be entertained by our resident Hawaiian Green Sea Tutles that have called the Paki Maui home. Don't forget.....If your here during Dec to's whale season, and you'll want to grab a seat and watch the amazing Maui Humpback whales...all day long!!!

Street side of the resort, enjoy a morning walk right across the street to Bad Ass Coffee company, Open Farmer's Market (Mon.Wed & Friday AM), organic health food store, Latino market, massage, local deli and fresh fish market. Activity shop - Boss Frog's can help you with all your snorkel rentals, board rentals and schedule any diving, boat excursions to one of the many and amazing activities that you can do while staying here on the beautiful island of Maui. Stores, golf courses, and sandy beaches are located in walking distance to 25 minutes in either direction. Maui has the best and largest continuous stretch of beaches. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our last minute getaway. The condo comes beach-ready with boogie boards, beach chairs, 2 coolers and an umbrella. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus after spending all day at the beach. It was pretty quiet at the condo during our stay, but we were towards the end of peak season. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials which allowed us to cook breakfast every morning before adventuring. Very close to awesome beaches, not really walking distance for us since we brought a lot of gear but a short drive. Fish Market is right across the street and has amazing tacos and ceviche- YUM! Amy was very nice and helpful before and after our stay. Thanks for a great trip!

Absolutely stunning. A home away from home.

My mother, my friend and I all stayed at this adorable condo. It was clean, comfortable and a beautiful view of the beach. We would highly recommend staying at this location. The restaurants around the condo are very tasty. For the life of me I forget the name of the taco place across the street but it was quite good as well as the pancake restaurant down the street. Definitely visit the road to Hana and the shopping town of Lahaina. We hope to visit back soon and travel more of the island. The pineapple is to die for!! We hope all future visitors enjoy the condo as much as we did. :)

average (ish) place to stay in Maui

We, as a family, have been going to Maui for the past 9 years.We stay in condos around this price range and on the west side of the island....

This condo was o.k.

- Paki Maui was nice and grounds were well kept.....

- There was construction on the seawall during our stay...there was signs up however we werent notified construction noise did affect us a couple of times

- Paki Maui is in a good location as it is across the street from the market and close to groceries and restaurants

- The condo was in good shape and renovated nicely

- There was a lack of silverware in the kitchen and the tableware was worn/chipped....

- The beds for us was the biggest thing.....the bed was hard (so if you like that....this is the place for you....) and the couch pullout was rough as well...(my son had spring marks on his back).....

- There was no beach chairs....( every other place we have stayed has had them.....)

My husband could not open the door lock on the front door....there is a trick to it!!

All in all.....the place was satisfactory for us, if a few adjustments were made, it would be great!!!

Owner's Response: Aloha! Thanks so much for your review of your stay at the property. I SUPER appreciate your letting me know that some things need attending & have since been completed. - Seawall Construction - YES...we do have some construction that will be completed this Friday. There is another section that will start as soon as a Permit is issued by Maui County. Unfortunately, I found out the same way you notification by the stairwell. The HOA Management has been trying to get this issue fixed, however, there is a backlog at the County of Maui Dept and we have been waiting for almost 2 years to get a permit. Apparently that came thru in November and they started immediately. Had I known in advance or if the Owner's would've received that information, I would've passed it on immediately, even though this unit location is not ocean front & is blocked by another 4-story ocean front building. Sorry the disruption in your Holiday. - I have immediately added more silverware. - I have checked out the table wear & found one plate chipped. That has been replaced. The rest are plastic bowls & dishes for use on the patio and in good condition. Thanks for your headsup on the chipped plate. - As this is a rental....firm mattresses are standard in the condos for continuous renting. Soft mattresses just don't last with all the guests that come & stay in the unit on the beautiful island of Maui. The Sleeper Sofa mattress is actually very new, less than a year old. Sorry that firmer mattresses were not to your taste. However, I will relay this information directly to the Owner's immediately. - I will have the front door lock checked out. It might be ready for some annual maintenance. I had no problems with it early that day when I opened the condo up for you, but thank you so much for letting me know. It's the original from a LONG time ago, so it just might be time for a new one or some TLC. As noted during your rental process, I personally live just North of the property and am available pretty much all the time. These issues could have been taken care of during your stay & immediately for your more comfort if you had just placed call to me. I would've happily taken care of all, even the harder beds with additonal toppers that we have available, for your family. The seawall..... unfortunately out of my hands. I very much appreciate your feedback and hope that you will come again & stay at our beautiful remodeled unit. Happy 2016!! Mahalo & Aloha
