This property was awesome
Nice place clean? quiet neighbor?we very like it.
Excellent location and enough space
Property located in a nice neighborhood with accessibility. Good drive to Banff National Park and close to Olympic winter park. Kids have playground close by.
Excellent value for money
We stayed a weekend for a wedding. The house is spacious, and has comfortable bedding. Kitchen had been updated and has newer appliances, basic utensils are all there. The location is in the outer suburbs. It is safe and quiet, but a car is a must as it is not anywhere close to the c-train. That said, the freeways are easily accessible and you can get to pretty much anywhere in town in 30 min or less (outside of rush hour - when Deerfoot trail is a parking lot!) It is close to the ring road on the west end, so you can even do a day trip to the mountains without having to fight city traffic.
The basement is rented out, but the house is quite well insulated, so you only hear muffled baby cries or loud talking. There is faint to moderate traffic noise in BR if windows are opened. So the central A/C is a welcomed perk on a hot summer night.
All in all, this is an excellent value for a Calgary area home.
The House in the Royal Community Hamptons in Calgary. Back yard face to Hampton school playground, so privacy. Bike Paths, playground, golf course, bus station, shopping center. Hardwood floor and new kitchen in main floor. Air conditioning King size and two Queen size beds, it can living 6+ people. Near Costco superstore. Coop in the community very convenient. You will own main floor and second floor and back yard if you like. It is walk out basement, it has separate entrances. It is very quite and privacy.
