Gated 1 Bedroom 1st Floor Furnished Condo In Tucson's Foothills

Sunrise Springs is located on the southeast corner of Sunrise and Swan Rd's. This first level condo (with no steps) is very close to your covered parking and through the gate just down the walkway near the fountain. This intersection has major services on all the other corners. Safeway, Starbucks, Einsteins Bagels, Chineese, Italian, Mexican, McDonalds, Ace, Walgreens, banks, auto services and much more. There is a creek babbling throughout the complex which leads to the wonderful pool and spa.

Inside on our tile floors with accent rugs you will find comfortable furnishings including, leather couch and loveseat, Mexican accent furniture, 40' flatscreen TV in the livingroom and glass slider to the patio. The kitchen has all the ammenities including: full size stove & oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The washer/dryer and 40 gallon HWH is off the kitchen. The bedroom offers warm carpeting, a newer firm mattress, walk-in closet, white maple furniture and a TV. The bathroom includes a glass block walk-in tile shower and new hickory vanity. All services are included in our pricing: electric, cable TV, and high speed 12 meg. internet DSL. We do not provide telephone service but all major mobile providers have excellent coverage at Sunrise Springs. You'll love your stay at Sunrise Springs!

Suzanne and I moved from chilly Breckenridge, Colorado in 1997 to live in the warm dry climate of Tucson. Having had numerous short-term rentals in Summit County, it was a natural progression to aquire and manage vacation rentals in this wonderful winter getaway as well.

It’s our Great Winter Climate that brings everyone back to Tucson with winter highs in the 60?s & 70?s most everyday and lots of sunshine. Tucson offers a lot to do if you are outgoing and adventurous. Besides being a Golf meca, we’re well known for our hiking & biking in Saguaro National Parks, and the 9157? Mt Lemmon / Coronado National Forest mountain range. Tucson also features a short trip into Mexico for vacation and shopping favorites such as Nogales and Rocky Point while also being in close proximity to the White Mountains, Tombstone and the famous mining town of Bisbee. We’re available to make sure you know all the different options and activities available during your stay to keep you busy and entertained!

When we were looking for an investment property in Tucson we asked: where would we want to stay and play? The Catalina Foothills area is the best. With both breathtaking views of the mountains just outside your door to the north and panoramic views of the city to the south, it one of Tucson's prettiest areas. The exclusive La Paloma Resort and La Encantana shopping center is just minutes away. Trailheads to numerous hikes on the mountain are very close, and the famous Sabino Canyon Park is just 10 minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

The exit from Tucson International Airport is Tucson Boulevard.

Directions from Tcson International Airport. Leave the airport on the main drag, Tucson Blvd. Turn right (EAST) on Valencia Rd, (Valencia will be your first stoplight). Proceed on Valencia 1.5 miles to Alvernon

Turn left (North) on Alvernon and proceed 5.5 miles to Swan Rd. Alvernon will become Golf Links Road. Turn left (North) on Swan Road. Proceed 7.5 miles to Calle Del Pantera, there is no stoplight, but it is well marked in the center median. Turn left (West) on Calle del Pantera immediately after Calle Barril.

Calle del Pantera will bear right and come to a stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign on Valley View Rd and proceed North to 5500 N. Valley View (Sunrise Springs Condo’s) are on the right.

Follow the complex map to your carport & unit. Unit #118 / Carport #7 is at the North Maingate entrance. Unit #208 / Carport #41, East side entrance, ensure you stop at the Maingate to pick up your key from the keysafe, then continue to the East side entrance to unit. Follow your lockbox instructions on your confirmation receipt.

Enjoyed the unit and location. Would have liked to have the pool available. Also found it very inconvenient to not have parking available for three days.

Owner's Response: Cheryl & John, We are sorry about the re-striping of the parking lot during your stay! The HOA made a decision and simply sent us a letter. Unfortunately, we had no control over this situation and no prior notice. Also, all of our information states that the pool is not heated during the Winter months. Our Confirmation letter sent to you on November 13, 2017 informed you of this as did our policies and our website that we encouraged you to visit.
