About Carol Dopkin

We live in Aspen Colorado and Scottsdale Arizona. We fell in love with Moab after coming here for the annual classic car show in April and then when we played on the picturesque Moab Golf Course we were hooked! We renovated the home like we love to live with beautiful art work and comfortable stylish furniture. We love to travel with our beloved Arnie and Buddy (maltipoos) and wanted other responsible pet owners to enjoy bringing their pets as well, so we had pet safe gates made for the patio. Now we can sit outside and hang out with Arnie and Buddy too. We love to watch sports on tv so we ordered the premium package for tenants as well. Big fluffy towels are a favorite after a shower. We do business from our homes and wanted the fastest internet for ourselves and our tenants.

We are equestrian and classic car enthusiasts. Also our children love to bike, hike and ride horses and are excited to have a special place for family trips.

Carol is a Real Estate Broker and Buzz is a designer, builder, artist. Some of his favorite art pieces are hanging in the townhouse.

The photo above is of Carol and her beautiful horse Ole a Dutch Warmblood cross born at the Dopkin Ranch who has loved riding the Moab trails when he visits.

If you love to stay in nice places and feel terrific the second you walk in the front door this is the property for you.

it has the amenities one would expect for a 5 star experience. from original artwork to comfortable stylish furnishings it say relax and enjoy your stay. the towels are fluffy and the bedding is inviting and fresh.

The view of the Rim Rock formation while relaxing on the enclosed patio with sculpture and barbeque is inspiring to say the least. If you are traveling with your doggies the attractive iron gates allow you to hang out together on the patio without being leashed. There are trails to walk you four legged pal right out the door.

if you enjoy golf the Moab golf club offers you rental clubs to enjoy one of the most picturesque golf experiences you can imagine. Seriously the views are like REALLY I need to pinch myself.Is this's reasonable too.

What makes this townhome unique

Although it is a townhome, the open space and the views feel like you are out in the magnificent surroundings from every room in the house.

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, yet very convenient to everything Moab has to offer.

The single car garage is perfect and safe for keeping your bikes and other toys and has extra light, a folding table and chairs incase you need to do some tuning.

There is excellent horse back riding nearby as well as a wonderful western restaurant up the street in case you do not want to go into town.

We stayed here for the second time and enjoyed it even more. We golfed, biked, hiked and swam and loved the proximity of the home to all our playgrounds. It is a lovely home with lots of amenities and additions (eg kitchen supplies, extra towels) to make the stay easy and relaxing. We'll be back!

Nice quiet property with a lovely patio

The condo is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, adjacent to the back nine of the Moab golf course. We spent quite a bit of time out on the patio, where they have lounge chairs and a table for four. It is an end unit so you wouldn't hear much from adjacent condos. No one was home next door so we never heard a peep.

The bedrooms were big and comfortable. The master closet was huge. In our case, it was just my wife and I. Another couple backed out at the last second. I think the condo would be comfortable for four, but any more seems like a push. Bedrooms are fine but the living room and kitchen would start feeling tight.

Dishes, cooking supplies and linens were great. TVs worked fine and we watched a DVD.

My only suggestion is that the Internet support needs some attention. Even though it is provided in the condo, it was sporadic enough that I would hate to be trying to get any business done while in Moab. Fortunately, we weren't. I am a computer networking guy by trade and I would definitely call your Internet provider for a fix.

Great Rental Property

We stayed in this condo for a week with two kids. This is the way you need to go when traveling. The condo had three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The complex is nice and we went on nightly walks about the complex and neighbor streets. The complex is a few miles north of the main part of town, which was actually really nice. It is only a few minutes drive and is so much more peaceful than staying in a hotel in town. There is a nice patio with a view of the golf course. It was nice to have separate bedrooms and a full kitchen while traveling with small kids. I would defiantly recommend this condo and renter to anyone looking in Moab!

Nice comfortable place

Nice condo. No internet access in the condo - that was a bit inconvenient. Pretty close to town, but not walkable distance. Very nice back patio to just relax and enjoy the view. Thank you for having us.

Great Moab location and comfortable home.

This property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. The location backs to a beautiful golf course and offers a welcome retreat from the crowds after days of hiking and playing in the area. Carol (owner) offered suggestions on recreation and dining out that did not disappoint. We had a great time and would definitely use this property again. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable.
