Perfect For 2-4 Couples Or A Family Of 5-10!!

Pristine Cove is a two or four bedroom, 2 or 4 bath beach front home located 4.2 miles south of San Pedro Town. This home is comfortable and perfect for two couples or a family of 5-10.

The ground level has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size bed that can be separated into two twins. In addition the living area has a sleeper sofa. The second floor also has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The living space on the second floor also has a sleeper sofa.

The living area is spacious and there is a great veranda and roof top which offers an amazing view. The home also has a private dock where you can relax and fish.

A golf cart or boat is a great way to get around the island! This can be arranged for you by our team. The house is about a 20 minute cart ride or 10 min boat ride from town. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 2-3 miles of the house. We can also arrange grocery delivery services as well as in-home chef services for your stay.

Why Christopher chose Ambergris Caye

This home is perfect for the casual or hardcore fly fisherman, with multiple bonefish flats easily accessible on foot and local guides available to pick you up at the dock for a memorable day spent chasing the great numbers of bonefish, permit and tarpon available in our area. This great location also offers quick and easy access to Hol Chan Reef and Shark Ray Alley, just offshore. Enjoy the ocean at your doorstep , or explore the nearby Mayan Ruins approximately one mile and the remote south end of the island .

The spacious second floor features a huge covered deck, A\C central living/dining area with 50 in flat screen TV plus state of the art blue ray surround sound system, tile floors and large windows facing the ocean, with sliding doors opening out to a wrap around oceanfront deck and a roof top 1500 sq ft deck . There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill for preparing your delicious meals featuring the amazing variety of local seafood, fruits and vegetables available at the local outdoor markets.

The 2 large Master bedrooms upstairs feature tile floors, custom hardwood doors , closets, individually controlled air conditioners and well appointed bathrooms with large tile showers. They each have a large queen bed . the two down stairs BRs can be set up with either a king bed or 2 twin beds, depending upon your needs. There is a bathroom just outside the bedroom door and prvt bath in the master BR.

The first floor features 2 bedrooms with a private tile bath and shower . There is also a deck with an outdoor dining area, grill and lounge chairs for relaxing.

We work with several of the local tour companies, and can set up outings to fish, snorkel, scuba dive, sail, tour the rain forest, go cave tubing, zip lining and see the Mayan Ruins. These tour operators will pick you up right out front on the dock, and drop you off at the end of your adventure.

Great place for 2 families

This was ideal for us and the family we travelled with. The setup is perfect. I would recommend getting some coffee cups. Also we had to change the sheets on the upstairs guest bed(one of the children got bitten by bugs 36 times so we thought a new set of sheets would help) and the mattress pad was stained and definitely needs to be updated. Overall--the house was great, pool was awesome and Phyllis next door couldn't have been more helpful!!

San Pedro beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious beach home with a beautiful view of Ambergris Caye. It was remote, with neighboring homes, accessible by golf cart, which was available by rental and is mandatory. Local fishing guides were instrumental in locating schools of bonefish, by casting in the shallow waters with your personal favorite 8 weight! It was indeed a paradise, quiet and the local breezes were refreshing. Bottled water was obtainable in 5 gallon jugs. The management was responsive and very helpful for navigating the island and rides to the local airport. We highly recommend this property, you won't forget your trip for a long time! This location deserves an excellent rating!

This lovely home is located in a very quiet area. Perfect to unwind after a day of activities. Two great restaurants are only a few minutes drive by golf cart drive; Black Orchid, Lone Star Grill and Cantina and Island Time Beach Bar (offers beach side bowling)....great neighborhood spots!
