Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is ideally situated between Deer Valley and Park City!

It is the penthouse unit in an eight unit complex, set back from the street for quiet and privacy. You will relax in this sunny two story unit with two decks, views of nearby Park City Mountain Resort and minutes walking distance to Main Street Park City with its' world-class shopping, dining and entertainment.

After a day skiing Olympic runs, biking the roads or spectacular single track, fishing the rivers, playing on the golf links, or hiking the miles of peaceful mountain trails, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub or cozy up in front of the wood burning fireplace. If eating out is too much after a busy day, the fully appointed kitchen is available to cook a gourmet meal with provisions from the local supermarket, which delivers. There are also numerous spa and massage opportunities available to add to your enjoyment.

You can use the two covered underground parking spots, but the free shuttle stop is directly in front of the condo, making a car-free vacation possible!

Large home, good location

We loved our stay here. We had 6 people and had plenty of room. The home was clean and spacious. Kitchen was adequately stocked. We had no issues and really loved the home! The pictures really don't do it justice either. The table is different than displayed - it has 8 chairs and plenty of space. It was about 0.5 mile walk from the Town Lift and main street which was very convenient, but we did end up driving because we hate walking in ski boots; there is a free shuttle bus that stops literally right in front of the garage that runs roughly every 10-15 minutes. The garage was spacious and easily accessible and we never had trouble finding a spot. There were plenty of games and cable TV even! Hot tub was awesome for after skiing and it was never crowded; you can see the hot tub from the balcony and was super close. Fire place is wood burning and a nice touch. There is a ski locker in the garage that is the most spacious I've ever seen and very nice! Easily fit 5 sets of skis and a snowboard with plenty of room for more. Definitely could fit suitcases as well. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions patiently and promptly. Overall we were very impressed with the condo and would most definitely stay here again! Thank you! :)

Gorgeous, comfortable, incredibly convenient condo

This is our second year staying in a condo at the Gambler - the location cannot be beat, and it's a very well-maintained, quiet but friendly small complex. This unit is huge and upscale - the bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size, the living room easily accommodates a large group, and the kitchen is nicely appointed with plenty of gear. There's a great private landing outside the front door for ski gear storage, a good area inside the front door, and storage in the garage as well. The bus stops RIGHT OUTSIDE and we had a quick ride to the various ski resorts but chose to walk into town because it was so close to Main Street. We were a group of 4 women, but I would love to come back with my family!

Great Property - Close to Transportation and Prime Main Street Shops/Dining

This condo was clean and spacious, fulfilling all claims that were advertised. The condo owner was very responsive before and during our stay. Yes - it really is a short walk to Main Street and the bus stop is just outside the door. We had a vehicle for shopping etc., but we could have done our trip without it. Buses are free and taxis are plentiful for occasional grocery runs. We skied at Park City., and drove to base area each day. But, when we return next year, we'll probably walk to the Town Lift for skiing and rent equipment from a shop nearby. (Storing our shoe there during the day.)

Highly recommend this property

We needed a place within walking distance of the Main Streets and lifts the would accommodate 6 adults for a family ski vacation. This property was perfect. Well maintained and a full kitchen for cooking. The 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready to roll each day. We could have caught the free bus literally outside our door, but found that the short walk to the lift where we rented our skis & boards was easy and beautiful. We enjoyed the spa after long days on the slopes and the fireplace was cozy each night. Also within walking distance of several great restaurants. The owner, Karl, was extremely responsive by email and great to work with. You even get underground, covered parking for 2 cars if needed. I could not recommend this property more and we have stayed at several VRBO's over the years. Loved the balcony's off the living room and upstairs bedroom. Thanks to Karl for making our family vacation a special memory. Also, would be great with children and teenagers.
