Nestled near Zilker Park, this home grants you easy access to the city’s natural beauty and exciting festivals. Recently renovated and elegantly refined, this SoLa retreat is equipped with the most modern technology including Google Fiber and GoogleTV.


INSIDE THE HOUSE

Walking into this home, you’ll notice the level of care put into every room– from one-of-a-kind light fixtures to unique furnishings. What used to only be offered as a two-bedroom unit, we are now offering as a three-bedroom/two bath home with a full kitchen.

From the front door, enter into the living room. This room houses a queen-sized sleeper sofa and provides access to a rich dining room with adjacent kitchen and stunning master bedroom with a Moroccan theme and queen-sized bed.

Off of the living room and opposite the dining area, a door opens to a hallway with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom on this side is elegant and spacious and has a comfortable queen-sized bed. Down the hallway, a refined bathroom features a large bathtub with incredible tile work and a showerhead.

At the end of the hallway is a quaint bedroom that doubles as a second living area. Here, you’ll find a comfortable daybed that serves as both a couch and bed for extra guests. Attached is a kitchenette for making morning coffee to enjoy on the front patio.


OUR LOCATION

Whether you’re coming into Austin for vacation or business, this home is close to where you will want to be. Just two hundred feet away is the famous sushi restaurant Uchi, perfect for happy hour or a multi-course dinner.

Exactly one mile away is the entrance to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits music festival. On your way to Zilker you can stop and enjoy any of the famous restaurants on Barton Springs Road, such as the original Chuy’s or Shady Grove.

Explore downtown, which is only a mile from home, or wander all of South Austin. With such easy access to so many of the legendary spots that make Austin truly unique, you’re perfectly positioned to make the most of your vacation.
