Park Place B-203 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1250 sq.ft, ski-in condominium located on the 2nd floor of the Park Place 'B' building. The living area has a queen size hide-a-bed, 47' flat screen TV, VCR/Blue Ray DVD player, CD player/I-Pod station and gas fireplace. Decorated in mountain decor with newer furniture and appliances, the unit has a separate dining area with 6 chairs and 3 bar stools. This condo has 3 flat screen HDTV'S, all with premier digital cable. The master bathroom has been remodeled in December, 2016.

At least one member of the party must be over 25 years of age.

Park Place condominium complex is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'Clock Road, within walking distance (1000 feet) of the Snowflake double chairlift. Four O'Clock road has free bus transportation to Peaks 8 & 9. The complex has outdoor hot tubs and is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, hike up the mountain from the Four O'Clock trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away; in the winter, ski down from the top of Peak 8, highest chairlift in N. America-- a 3 1/2 mile run.

The master bedroom has custom aspen log furniture, with a King-size Sleep Number bed, a 37' flat screen TV and DVD player. Master bath has a washer & dryer, and a newly remodeled steam shower. The second bedroom has a King and twin bunk beds, with a 32' flat screen TV/DVD player. Each bedroom is an en suite with its own bathroom.

This condo has wireless Internet, a gas grill on the deck, and is extremely well stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as family/children's videos, books, board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

great location, clean, but..

noise carries between units. We heard the people in the unit above us as they moved around (especially at 2am). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Spacious, clean, and well equipped.

Perfect Location/Clean

We were very pleased with our stay at Park Place (B203), it was clean and had the space we needed. We had four adults (2 couples) and the fact that both the bedrooms had king beds & private bathrooms was definitely key in choosing this condo. The location was perfect! We were one block from Main Street and could walk wherever we went. We were close enough that we were able to take a day trip to Vail. We loved Breckinridge and plan to return again next year & will try to rent the same condo. Overall, I would give this location a 10/10 the condo was very clean & had everything we could have possibly needed. I highly recommend this for your vacation. I have to add that we were there in July but if you're a skier this would be the perfect place for you to stay.

Clean, conveniently close to downtown and great place for a family to see Breckenridge.

First time in Denver area. Great vacation in downtown Breckenridge. This well stocked condo made for a good location to see this beautiful town. Condo had all the things to make it a home away from home. It was relaxing, and made for an enjoyable stay. Great place to stay any time of the year and would happily stay here again.

All the basics and conveniently located, with a few could-be-improved ideas

We found everything mostly as described, and had a great time at Breck. This location is ideal (very low street-noise, in spite of nearby high-traffic roundabout). We would return, but there are a few things that would help vacationers: (1) The buildings are not numbered on all sides, so when one arrives, it is a puzzle as to where to park to unload. A map at many locations (with You Are Here tab) would be helpful. (2) There are three floors on most buildings, connected by wooden walkway, a bit of a labyrinth. It is also very noisy when folks tromp across it in hiking boots (and presumably ski boots). Loud voices carry directly into the condos at all hours. So bring good earplugs for sleeping. (3) Rooms are a comfortable size but with little floor space to spare. (4) Our TV in common area did not work at all, and we spent 20 minutes with a Comcast representative trying to get it functional (final success). Be prepared for this. (5) Swimming pool and hot tubs are a good block away: a bit of a long to walk with a lot of gear, but too short to drive. Otherwise, condo is furnished with most of what we needed, and tastefully decorated. Enjoy!

Well stocked, well cared for, nice condo.

We enjoyed our stay in B203 Park Place, the condo was very well stocked. Had I known just how stocked it was I would have brought more to prepare meals in the condo! Nice pots and pans and all utensils, crock pots, baking dishes, cupcake pans, just as much or more than my own home kitchen! Kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and all of the appliances were new and very nice. Main couch wasnt all that comfy for sitting but it was also a fold out so not many of those are comfy for sitting. More than adequate pillows, blankets, etc, nice modern washer/dryer which is so nice when staying with kids that go through clothes! Only thing that would make the condo better was a little update in the bedrooms/bathrooms as far as a little more modern design and higher water pressure for showering (that could be an issue for the whole area though). Easy walk downtown not too much up hill walking. Easy check in and check out, would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great gem in Breckenridge

We had a great stay at this condo this past weekend. Clean and the pictures were accurate. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was just a 5 minute walk from Main Street. It was a great stay for us!
