Park Place condominium complex is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'Clock Road, within walking distance (1000 feet) of the Snowflake double chairlift. Four O'Clock road has free bus transportation to Peaks 8 & 9. The complex has outdoor hot tubs and is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, hike up the mountain from the Four O'Clock trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away; in the winter, ski down from the top of Peak 8, highest chairlift in N. America-- a 3 1/2 mile run.
