It was an impressive condo from the very start. Well decorated with a wonderful and complete kitchen with every gadget you might need. The rooms were tastefully appointed and very clean. We lacked for nothing. The grounds were will groomed and the pools and surrounding areas were kept clean. Tom Thompson, the manager, was extremely helpful and very prompt with a response. He was a welcome addition to the property.
The location was tops. We were close to town but in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Morning walks were a pleasure in this area.
The best recommendation is that we will come back.
This condo in the North Palm Springs area is in a very well kept complex. The grounds are quite impressive with green grass and an abundance of plants. The condo is located in a residential area with many beautiful homes. We enjoyed our daily walks, exploring the area. The condo is just a few streets over from a stop on the route of the Buzz shuttle, where you can catch free rides to and from downtown Palm Springs. The condo itself is directly across from the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, which proved to be quite convenient. The condo itself was clean, large and very well-equipped. The whole condo was quite nice and appeared to have been renovated and updated. The kitchen was modern and was a joy to prepare meals in, with all the bowls, pots and pans, and dinnerware. Our king-sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there was lots of storage for our clothes and personal effects.The only area that could be spruced up was the small outdoor patio. Don't know if one is allowed, but a propane patio heater would be great to help extend one's outdoor time on those cool evenings. The propane barbecue was great to have and there was more than enough comfortable seating. Just needed some fresh paint on the fence and a bit more greenery. The next door neighbour had an orange tree that hung over the fence into our patio and it was so nice to have oranges for fresh orange juice during our stay. It was great to have access to free wifi (that was reliable and speedy) and free long distance to Canada. Another plus was having two garage stalls, one for our rental car and one for our friends' rental when they came for a visit. We were impressed with what a clean and nice smelling garage it was! Dealing wth Tom was a pleasure, and he was more than accommodating. We enjoyed our month in this condo and whenever we return to Palm Springs, we would certainly try to rent it again.
It is a very large condo close walk to Palm Springs main street. The grocery store is a 30 minute walk, so are the restaurants and coffee shops. Nice pools and hot tubs. The Complex is made by owners residents and few renting. Well-kept grounds and lots of citrus trees and nice neighbourhood walks.
The Condo is fully stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, pots and pans and huge collection of glassware and dishes.
Very convenient work station with printer, free phone calls in US and Canada and speedy internet.
