Perfect apartment in the perfect location

Very clean and modern apartment with all appliances needed for a stay (washer/dryer, etc.). Perfect and very close and short walk to Jaffa gate. Mamilla mall directly across the street and close to restaurants and shops. Owner very nice and accommodating to make our stay perfect. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Jerusalem.

Owner's Response: Not sure where to start .... - this guest was very hard to communicate with (speaks poor English). She came for six days and never complained about anything while she was in the apartment. She did NOT pay in full and asked for the WIFI for free. She took the keys with her. I asked her for a review and she never responded ... but because I gave her 4* for House Rules and Cleanliness she said she would give me a bad review and over a month after she leaves the apartment she gives 1* versus 51 people who gave 5*. - I strongly recommend NOT TO LET THIS LADY INTO YOUR APARTMENT

Perfect place to stay in Jerusalem/Israel. It is located within a 5 minute walk to the Jaffe Gate

We would highly recommend staying at this 1 bedroom flat. It is clean, very comfortable, very secure, in a great location with great parking and it has excellent WiFi! Another great feature for a busy tourist there are many English TV channels also available on the two big screen TV's. Air Conditioning, Washer/Dryer works great and a very comfortable King bed...go for it you wouldn't be disappointed.The owner is very nice and always available via email and phone. When we start planning our next trip to Israel and we will be sure to stay here again.

Don't hestate, just book it

Through the Internet we reviewed 4 or 5 similar properties in Jerusalem, and picked this one on a coin toss. We are very glad we did. We were in Jerusalem for a couple of weeks, and had a chance to look at the location of the other places while we were there.This one wins by a long shot. Here is why.

1. The apartment itself is great. Modern, well equipped, nice atmosphere and style, really good to have the outdoor patio. Kitchen great, we cooked many meals. A really, really good place to stay.

2. Location. Could not be better. Lovely neighborhood, a hop and a skip away from the Jaffa Gate into the old city (very short and pleasant walk). Also a hop and a skip away from the light rail line, through which you can quickly get to the central bus station (for day trips, we caught a bus to Tiberias and back for a ridiculously low dollar fare - about $20 return), the Mehuda Market (indescribable food market atmosphere) and the fashionable Ben Yehuda Street (cafe/bar hangout area). BTW, the market, and Ben Yahuda, can be walked to if you are feeling fit.

3. The Mamilla Mall. Within a one minute walk, this is an outdoor ultra-modern mall, basically a long pleasant pedestrian street leading up to the Jaffa gate. The mall is a rare and stylish streak of modernity, in an otherwise pretty old and noisy city, and believe me it can be a hugely welcome break .Great cafes, and the mall will be your primary regular walking route to old Jerusalem. Makes a big difference having it so close.

The apartment owner, Sam, was very helpful and accommodating, and not a single negative experience in our entire stay. Thanks again Sam. Great.

PS - nearby grocery stores are OK, but there's an excellent supermarket a half mile pleasant walk away - Gershon Agron street and King George street.
