Within walking distance to historic downtown Hot Springs, the Quapaw-Historic neighborhood contains a wealth of architectural styles. But, for sheer drama, all roads lead to Prospect Avenue and to this ultramodern Home. This home was originally built in 1980 and it soars four gravity-defying stories into the sky up the side of West Mountain. The ground floor facing the street overlooks a swimming pool with a roomy deck and outdoor kitchen, while waterfall flows down the steep hillside past colorful crepe myrtles and wild flowers. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling walls of windows and a sweep, spare, industrial-style “floating staircase,” the great outdoors takes center stage. The ground floor houses a stylish, comfortable guest suite, 3rd Bedroom & access to the pool. Opposite the guest suite, includes a game area and pool table. As you approach the main living area, you walk into the great room, dining area, and kitchen, with balconies on either side offering generous entertaining space. On the main living floor there is a convenient office (with free WI-FI, & satellite) washer/dryer, & half bath. As you take the next flight of stairs you step into the master suite. A king size bed is set into the very center of the room and bordered by twin chaise lounges. Please note this is a loft-style room, while the glass balcony’s railings enables one to peer over and down into the great room far below it also allows for a frame-less view of the beautiful sunrise peeking out from the tree tops. But, we are not to the tip-top of the house yet – as we ascend to what can only be described as “the eagles nest”. You emerge from the staircase to find a loft with a twin bed under curving skylights, with an adjoining bath, as well as a sauna room paneled in red cedar, & a wet bar. A door leads out to the top most deck, where a hot tub can be found. This is the favorite place to be at night, with a view that stretches all the way from downtown Hot Springs to the distant mountain range, it’s easy to see why. We would like to disclose that this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we strive to respect the wishes of the local home owners. We will not be able to allow loud music of late night parties. Thank you for understanding and respecting those around us. ASK ABOUT OUR HONEYMOON AND ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL PACKAGES.

All of these make it a different and unique experience!
The T-n-T Gals (from Texas and Tennessee) enjoyed every minute and every inch of this wonderful home!!! Thank you for an absolute oasis to come back to each evening and to wake up with such a gorgeous view every morning!!!
Cannot say enough good things about it!! A must see for yourself!
Four girlfriends looking for relaxation, shopping and dining hit the jackpot in Hot Springs. We loved that the house was super clean. The living room was great for end of day lounging and talking, while the decks were great for morning coffee and enjoying the view. The house had many amenities that we didn't take advantage of like the sauna, theater and game room. Hot Springs is a unique town with wonderful views and architecture, great and diverse places to eat, several fun boutiques downtown, an awesome antique mall and of course, the bath houses. We highly recommend the Quapaw Bath & Spa. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Hot Springs. Thanks, Richard, for showing us the back way in and the tour and Daniel, for answering our questions. A great time was had by these four Texas ladies and we hope to do it again!
The property was beautiful.
MY FAMILY & I vacation in HotSpring,Arkansas an this place was breathe taken. This place was all that and more!!!
We recently stayed at this house with our two children and another family. LOVED IT! The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub! Watched movies every night in the theater room. House could use some maintenance, but overall was a wonderful trip. Daniel and the owner were awesome and always there if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again!
Seriously One Of A Kind!! The house was perfect for our accommodations...everything was in amazing condition and clean...the renter was super nice and super helpful...If you have any doubts about this house..I am a real person from Louisiana that rented this house in June 2016...the house is nicer in person than in pictures...perfect get away house...on top of the hill...amazing view...amazing property...what you see is what you get (and more)...would definitely recommend to anyone!!!!
