This second floor, beautifully appointed Colorado mountain style, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a large and spacious Master bedroom with king bed and in suite full bathroom, double vanity, TV and a lot of closet space. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, which can be put together as a king, TV and another closet. Across the hall the spacious full second bathroom.

The kitchen is a very generous size with an open floor plan. The black appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, and tile floors are sure to resemble your home and ensure the perfect meal for the whole family. The Dining area is just in front of the kitchen with a large table that seats 6. There are also three bar stools at the kitchen island. The large living area has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair to seat the whole group comfortably. With the large gas fireplace, TV, deck access door, and ceiling fan it allows full relaxation after a long day of winter or summer activities. The private deck has a table and chairs to enjoy the beauty and nature day or night. Private washer and dryer in the condo, will ensure the feel of home away from home and of course there is WiFi.

The complex has the best amenities in Steamboat, including multiple indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna, fitness, tennis courts during the summer and private door to door shuttle service during the winter, newly renovated conference center, computer lounge, library, fitness center, sauna, underground heated parking garage, poolside patio with gas grills in common areas just outside the front door at the Amenity Center.

Great unit for a family

We used the Retreatia shuttle service to take us straight to the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our only drawback was no AC in March, but we left the windows open to let the cool air inside. This is a great unit for a family of four. We loved hanging out with friends at the gas fire pit at night while the kids played in the pool. It was easy to book ski equipment and get lift tickets too. We may come back next year.

The unit was very nice. Excellent for 2 couples. The heated garage was perfect especially as we had single digit temps! The storage lockers were a bonus. Good location and within waking distance to the base. This was our first time at Champagne Lodge and will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!!!

Truly perfect... Our rental at Champagne Lodge was unbeatable! It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. This was our 4th year there and we hope to continue the tradition next year.

Fun at the Balloon Rodeo

This condo at Trappeurs Crossing was just as expected. The furnishings were beautiful and made our family feel at home for our summer stay in Steamboat. Our children loved the pool and we enjoyed it every day after adventuring. The pool closest to this unit was never crowded. The staff at the property were helpful and friendly. The location of this property was perfect for summer adventuring, we were 5 minutes from the hot air balloon festival, 20 minutes from Fish Creek Falls or downtown Steamboat and a quick walk to the base of the mountain for the gondola and the play river. We loved our stay! Our only reservation about staying in this unit again would be the road noise. This unit backs up to Walton Creek Road which is quite busy. In the summer, you will want your windows open day and night because air conditioning is not widely available in Steamboat. At night, the road noise is still significant into the late hours.
