I've been to many places and looked at many houses but never seen anything like this. Words cannot describe all. Excellent vacation home

This is the 2 nd year we have stayed at Mimi's beach house. We celebrate Mothers Day there it us absolutely the best. Beautiful home, great view of the beach right outside your door.. Beautiful sunsets , nice pool and hot tub. Great place for children to play while you relax on the patio. Highly recommend Mimi .

Great house, wonderful location, overall great vacation!

The house was perfect for my family, 4 teenagers, parents and grandparents. Everything was as advertised. Beds comfortable, large living space and well equipped kitchen. The beach out the back door was great. Love the view from the master bedroom! We'll be coming back!

Super Relaxing

Never thought i wanted to stay anywhere that wasnt Gulf front. Now I dont want to stay anywhere but here. Chairs in the shade of palm trees on a private beach..priceless. end of road is access to Gulf Beach and a shorter walk to water than a Gulfside Condo. The townhouse was beautiful. Nothing bad to say. No hassle with waiting on elevators...a PLUS!!

The photos only tell part of the story....

The house and location were perfect for our family. On arrival everything looked lovely ... but, the downstairs needed to be thoroughly cleaned. I spent two hours on my knees wiping the floors with a damp cloth. That was after I cleaned any windows that were accessible without a ladder! The broom and mop supplied for any type of superficial cleaning were disgusting! And, the vacuum wasn't much better. We had some issues with malfunctioning toilets during our month's stay and only hope that a plumber has been hired to check them before some other unsuspecting visitors arrive.

The house does not have a land line even though a phone is on the kitchen counter, so you must have a cell phone. The use of a phone for local calls, especially in the case of an emergency, would have been nice.

We were quite disappointed with the service we got from the property manager ("the commander of results" was his title on his business card), and only an email to the home owner got results on one occasion. He never made an appearance even though his office was minutes away.

We would suggest that perhaps a "welcome book" could be on the kitchen counter so guests might get answers to basic questions like where to take the garbage; how and what to recycle; where is the closest hospital; how to operate the thermostat etc.

Overall, we liked the house and it suited our purposes but for the money we spent ($US and we're Canadian), we expected more. No one wants to spend their 70th birthday cleaning someone else's house!

Please allow me to explain what was going on. The moment I received a message from you, I reached out to our Property Manager. His team tried to access to the house to fix the issues, however, we were rejected to go inside the house. We have made attempts until our AC guy can go inside the house and found out that Thermostat was not used properly and doors/windows were opened while AC was on. If the issues were reported on time and we were allowed to access the house, I believe that we can fix all issues that might cause you. For us, Customer satisfaction is important. As I explained above, we have a sense of urgency and do the best to solve issues right away. Regarding to Welcome Book, Before guests arrive, we invite guests to download app to obtain useful information such as "How to" and Nearby places. We also place contact information of our Property Manager inside the house just in case you have any questions or need any help. I would like to apologize again for any issues. We really appreciate your feedback and wish to welcome you back again. Thanks!

Loved the location being able to walk right out the back door onto the beach and out the front door to the pool! Beautiful home with super comfortable beds and nice decor. Would certainly stay here again!
