Great room concept, large screened lanai, all bedrooms have access to decks, 2-car covered parking and storage, elevator, pool and tennis. Many recent improvements to complex. A perfect place to call your vacation getaway!

Beautiful Gulf Views with a wrap around screened in lanai. There is a King Bed in the Master Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin trundle bed in Guest Bedroom, and 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin trundle bed in 3rd Guest Bedroom. Definitely a place to bring the family & friends to enjoy Sanibel’s beaches. Enjoy Tennis, Beach Front Pool, Sanibel's Finest Beach and plenty of space for everyone!

Sanibel and Captiva Islands are world renowned for their beautiful shelling beaches (ranked 3rd in the world after Australia and The Figi's). Besides it's breathtaking tropical feel, the islands are very unusual since you won't find a traffic light or any building over three stories. They have kept the islands the way nature intended with over 2/3 of the island dedicated as a wildlife sanctuary. Sanibel is also known for its wonderful bike paths, everywhere on the island are trails for hiking or biking. Wildlife is in abundance here and some of the most fabulous birding is found on this island. You can find boating and sailing and fishing anywhere on the island. If you like kayaking or canoeing, this is the place for you. Restaurants abound, some of the finest cuisine in Southwest Florida can be tasted on these barrier islands. We have quaint shopping, golf, movie theater, fitness center and tennis courts, we have it all on this spectacular tropical island.

Awesome place

This was our first time at sanibel island and we could not be more pleased with our choice of places to stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious and the location was great. We had the beach almost to ourselves and the shelling was great right out front. Our group included our two younger children and their grandparents and the walk out to the pool and ocean was so easy for them. Our only wish was that we could see the beach better from this unit. Lighthouse realty was awesome to work with. We will definitely be back to sanibel island and hope to stay at the same place.

We were three generations - two grandparents, our daughter and son-in-law, and our grandchildren ages 4 1/2 and 9 months. The condo was perfectly suited for us. It was very clean, very comfortable furniture, plenty (more than plenty) of dishes, cookware, towels, beach towels, etc. There were also two kayaks, swim "noodles," bikes, fishing name it, it was available. A huge screened porch enabled us to eat outside. The elevator was handy when we had a ton of groceries or the baby in the stroller. Parking under the building was great - it never rained during our week in Sanibel, but if it had this parking would have been extremely handy. The pool was beautiful, clean, and seemed to be very newly re-done. The beach is as close as it could possibly be. The photos are 100% accurate. Sanibel is an extraordinary place - someone told us that anyone who visits Sanibel will definitely return. We had never been before, but we surely will be back. Also, the rental agent was very helpful and professional, and even when we had a very minor comment about some mold on the porch a cleaning crew arrived almost immediately (much more than we had ever thought would happen, we just wanted to give a heads-up). The rental agent Dawn also gave us the name of a place to rent a high chair and crib, which we did, another fine experience. All in all, a grand slam home run.

Fabulous property layout, convenient location, quiet surroundings, well maintained & clean unit

Our family of six (6), including two (2) children under the age of five (5), stayed here for a week in late April of 2014. Pick up of keys and informational material from the rental office's lock box went without a hitch.

The complex is conveniently located with respect to the Causeway and a small deli, restaurant, and ice cream stand are all within walking distance. You'll need an automobile or bicycle to get to a supermarket, house of worship, or library though. There are several bikes stored in the unit's private storage shed available for renters to use. Bike paths parallel almost every street on the entire island making biking very safe, even for small children & teenagers.

The unit and property were wonderful; better than could be depicted in an advertisement! There are only twelve (12) units in the entire complex. It was very quiet during our entire stay. There's an elevator if you need it; moving our luggage and stroller was much easier as a result. Reserved parking is directly under the unit, in the shade! The unit was very clean and there are plenty of towels on hand. The availability of a large washer & dryer in the unit was handy. Check the unit before heading to the supermarket as there were some household goods there when we arrived.

The swimming pool is a 60 second walk from the unit and the beach is no more than a three (3) minute walk away. TIP: bring flip flops or some other form of beach footwear for your walk to either the pool or beach - there are sea shells everywhere and they're hard on bare feet. The pool was NOT heavily chlorinated, which was great.

Some minor issues we observed: 1) WIFI is not password protected; be careful checking financial accounts, 2) we found some mold growing on the frame of a sliding glass door; cleaning crew arrived to address it within an hour of our arrival, 3) heavy ceramic (breakable) dinnerware on hand - consider buying paper/plastic if you have small kids.

We would definitely stay at this unit again if the opportunity presented itself. You can't beat the location, layout, and access to beach & pool.

Beautiful Location with many amenities

Beautiful 2nd Floor condo. This properties is perfect for both long and short stays. You are close to the beach as well as close to restaurants and entertainment. The condo is very spacious. It has three large bedrooms, two baths and beautiful living room, kitchen and dining room combination. It is nicely decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen as well a flat screen cable TV and wireless internet. The assigned undercover parking is convenient to the elevator. The grounds are beautiful kept and the pool area is immaculate with plenty of chairs and tables. Just wish I could have stayed longer than two nights. I will definite be back in the summer.
