Located on a quiet residential street in squire park on South Capitol Hill, this unit is within minutes of Seattle University, Capitol Hill's Pike Pine corridor, downtown Seattle, pioneer square, international district, Safeco & century link fields. Ian and I have been friends for almost 15 years and business partners since 2013 we bought this great set of townhouses 'the Central' and remodeled them for the specific purpose of business and vacation travelers. Ian has been operating a successful vacation rental business on Capitol Hill for the last 7 years and I am excited to partner with him on this venture.

We picked this neighborhood because we both live nearby and we find Capitol Hill to be one of the most interesting, vibrant, and well-located neighborhoods in Seattle. We know you will enjoy the quiet, comfortable, modern townhouses and their proximity to downtown Seattle, Seattle University, and the Hospitals on First Hill, and the Pike/Pine corridor. It was pretty clean property. Was close to everything. First day when we arrived in Seattle it was very hot, and we were surprised to find no AC. Even though they had 3 fans. They were not helpful. By second day it cooled down so it was OK. would recommend getting some better fans for unexpected hot days. other than that everything was good

Comfortable home in a good location

I stayed here with a friend and two children. The home was pretty much exactly as described, and fit our needs for a 3-night stay. Great location and easy to Lyft or Uber wherever we wanted to go. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were especially good. It took us a while to figure out that the sofa bed in the living room is a little different from most, but once we got it put together, it was great for the kids. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but it's almost like some of the utensils and glassware have disappeared an never replaced. For example there were only two teaspoons, and an eclectic array of glassware. The bathrooms upstairs were stocked with plenty of towels, but that's about it. Although there is a photo of soap and shampoo in the VRBO posting, don't count on it being there. There was one pump soap in one bathroom, but none in the other. There was no soap or shampoo in showers. Luckily, we had our own. There is no AC but there are two fans upstairs, which helped.

Something that was very strange to us is that after reading several of the comments in the guest book, we could tell that the same small problems with the house still exist. In other words, it appears that although many guests from as far back as 2015 have commented about lack of kitchen and bathroom supplies, this issue still hasn't been addressed. Other structural things like missing light bulbs, a faulty screen on the porch door, and other minor details are still occurring. Taken alone, these are not big issues, but it does seem like the owners would want to make sure to take care of these things.

The only other negative was the noise. This townhouse is in an area with many others, and you can hear most every conversation going on around you. We didn't hear any partiers late in the night as other have described, but if you want peace and quiet, this may not be the place. Otherwise, it's a good spot and had plenty of space for us to spread out. We also asked the owners if we could leave our luggage a few hours past the checkout time so we could go to breakfast without carting our bags. They agreed, and that was very much appreciated.

Wonderful and well appointed unit!

The apartment: it had everything you needed, hair dryer, washer, complete kitchen and quiet. Nicely decorated and it was warm even during the cold spell!

Location: residential and close enough to everything in 10-15 minutes in bus or Uber. You can also walk there in 15-25 mins. Coffee shops nearby and Chinatown for late-night gnoshing.

Host: Heeberto was thoughtful, responsive and access to the unit couldn't be any simpler. Thoughtful tourist information with suggestions provided!
