About Jenn Smith
My husband and I moved to Chattanooga in 2003 after graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2005, we purchased this home as a labor of love. Over the past several years we've renovated this home from an empty shell to the jewel it is today. We loved the character of the home, originally built in the 1920s. So we stayed true to the homes historic features while adding modern conveniences. Since beginning the home's renovation, we got engaged on the front porch in 2006, we got married at the Hunter Museum in 2008, we started our own architectural business (located on Frazier Avenue) in 2009 and had our son in 2011 & another son on the way, due in 2014.

Why Jenn Smith chose North Chattanooga
This home is very near and dear to our hearts. We chose to buy this home because we love the area. The neighborhood is so alive with people walking their dogs, riding their bikes & sitting on their porches... everyone is always outside enjoying life and the company of others. The proximity to all Chattanooga has to offer is so convenient, whether walking or driving, it takes no more than a few minutes to get anywhere. This property is conveniently located to the interstate and a 10-minute drive to the airport.
What makes this House unique
What we love most about this home is the front porch. It's privately located in the tree tops away from cars and pedestrians on the street. From here, you can enjoy the birds and the squirrels & the view of Downtown. During baseball season, you can even watch the fireworks display from the privacy of this beautiful home's front porch!

Thank you for a great stay! Very clean and charming home in a great location!
TN State tennis weekend
Great location. Easy access around town and small restaurant/bar conveniently located short walk down the street. Practical remodel with access to rear deck from each bedroom.
My family had a great time staying in this house. Overall the house is very comfortable and lots of space. The location is great and the view is beautiful! However, the house can be a little more cleaner, I see serval spider webs around the house and some of the towels is a little yellow. These are small things that can be corrected quickly. We all had a great time and will definitely recommend this house to others.
We attended our daughters graduation from UTC and this house was a comfortable and a perfect place for a family with young adults to stay. There was plenty of space to visit, cook, sleep, and it is in a great location to visit and explore Chattanooga.
Fantastic vacation spot
My daughter had a gymnastics meet at the Convention Center in Chattanooga and we needed a place to stay near by. This home was located perfectly near downtown and attractions. The house had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely do it again in the future.
Great place for a friends weekend
Super cute house in a wonderful location . Highly recommend
