Welcome to Seachase Unit E-104! This unit is a large 1400 sq. ft. Condo that has been recently remodeled. It has the BEST location at Seachase being the end unit on the far EAST end of the complex. It is on the 1st floor which is actually the 2nd floor at Seachase. The floor to ceiling windows in every room always give breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beaches. Please note, the rates below do not include fees and taxes. Please call or email for a complete quote.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 30 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. AS PER NEW CITY ORDINANCE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE BEACH DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH.​

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a split floor plan with both bedrooms being gulf front, floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows, and sliding glass doors in every room. Master Bedroom features a King Bed and has a 42 Inch TV. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a 32" TV, and they all have DVD players. Did we mention the Condo has the BEST location!! The large living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and a new 65 inch HD TV, just in case we get a rainy day. In addition the Living room and Dining room are gulf front as well to afford you endless views.

Access is amazing for this condo! Just one flight of stairs, right around the corner, and you are at your front door. No long elevator waits or multiple flights of stairs, but there is an elevator if needed. The unit comes with all the amenities you could want including washer and dryer, DVD players, internet access, etc. Basically all you need is your bathing suit, beach towels, and food!!!

* Maximum Occupancy: 6

* A responsible adult, over the age of 30, must be present at all times for any parties including teens and/or young adults.

* Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.

* Two very well-trained dog weighing 30lbs or less is allowed.A pet fee for each dog brought applies.

* Beds: 3 - (king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 full-size beds in guest bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa)

* Bathrooms: 2.0 - (full bathrooms)

* Free Wireless Internet available in the unit.

Only 1.5 Miles from Simon Property Group's Pier Park: Pier Park features major, regional and local restaurants, retail and a 16 screen theater. There is not enough room to list all the merchants at Pier Park. It is also the home of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Check the Thursday night concert schedule during the Summer Season.

This condo is also less than 2 miles from Frank Brown Park which hosts many softball and baseball tournaments throughout the spring and summer.

Outstanding!

Perfect location in the building for jetting up the stairs to the unit. Furnishings in living room were great for our football week-end. Beds were ok. One recommendation I have is there needs to be a pole lamp in the living room. We had to set up a lamp from the bedroom in the living room to have light. Kitchen was great and everything we needed. Views are out of this world. Very comfortable stay with plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Clean, well stocked, quiet, and perfect views from every room!

We loved this place! Being right on the corner only one flight of stairs up made accessing our car and the beach very easy! The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked. It was quiet and clean.It was nice having a trash shoot also.

The only issue we had was most of the Adirondack chairs on the deck were cracked and felt unstable. For that reason I gave the place a 4 instead of 5.

We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend the owners to consider including beach chair rental. Some condos in this complex do. At $30 daily it adds up quickly and you have to rush out to get one of the limited available seats.

All in all a great place. Everything was described accurately and the place was clean and comfortable.

3rd time to stay here!

This was our 3rd time to book over a week long stay in this unit in the last year through 20/20 Real Estate. And it won't be the last!! Great views, very clean, easy check-in and out, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for small pets. We wish we were back there already. Thanks Eric!

Beautiful Condo with amazing views

The unit put a smile on your face the minute you walked in. Spacious, beautiful view from all rooms and above all pet friendly for our little Maltichon Romeo. Kitchen was well stocked. Needed a couple of light bulbs and that was handled right away. I would absolutely stay here again and we hated to leave. Eric from the rental company was great to work with.

Few problems with this unit.

The property was not the best, had a few problems but rental company that the owner uses, 20/20 Realty in PCB, is awesome to work with. They are definitely a 5 star company! Check the rentals out on their website, you will love their customer service!
