It is on the 1st floor which is actually the 2nd floor at Seachase. The floor to ceiling windows give 60' breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beaches from every room! A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $95 per pet applies.

The Master bedroom features a King Bed and has a 42 Inch TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has new furniture with two full size beds, a 32” TV, and DVD player. The large living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a new 65 inch HD TV and DVD player. The adjoining dining area has new furniture with seating for 6. The remodeled and fully stocked kitchen includes a snack bar and seating for four. All rooms in this condo have spectacular views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
Access is amazing for this condo! Just one flight of stairs, right around the corner, and you are at your front door. No long elevator waits or multiple flights of stairs, however there is an elevator and luggage carts, if needed. The unit comes with all the amenities you could want including a full sized washer and dryer, cable and free wi-fi. Basically all you need is your bathing suit, beach towels, and food!!!

Only 1.5 Miles from Simon Property Group's Pier Park: Pier Park features major, regional and local restaurants, retail and a 16 screen theater. There is not enough room to list all the merchants at Pier Park. It is also the home of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Check the Thursday night concert schedule during the Summer Season.
This condo is also less than 2 miles from Frank Brown Park which hosts many softball and baseball tournaments throughout the spring and summer.
