Beautiful 2nd row ocean-oriented home in Sea Pines, Hilton Head, is located next to the Beach Club. With a SHADED PATHWAY TO THE BEACH, and gorgeous HEATED POOL* & SPA (*pool heated for an additional charge seasonally, please inquire in advance of your stay), you will find it hard to decide whether to spend your days at the beach or poolside. New for 2014 the pool has been upgraded to included re-surfacing and a fresh coat of paint and some trees trimmed around the pool. You are also convenient to the Plantation Center with 2 golf courses, and paved bike trails leading everywhere you could want to go. New renovations feature updated lighting, kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new furnishings. An ideal family vacation rental with 2 living areas (1 with a wet bar), open kitchen, and dining room. An large pool deck with gas grill gives you ample room to entertain. A king master suite on the 1st floor also has access to the pool area. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, each with a full bath adjoining. 1 is a queen, while the other 2 each have twins.
Located right off the beach path you are just a short walk to the beach and you are right next door to the new Sea Pines Beach Club. The Sea Pines Beach Club (which was completed in Summer 2014) offers dining, restroom facilities and a fabulous ocean front bar. The central location of this house allows for easy access to all Sea Pines has to offer from miles of bike paths to both the Harbour Town and South Beach Marinas and all the golf and tennis you want to play while enjoying your vacation!

My Family had a wonderful time in your home. It was very spacious and open. The kitchen was updated very nicely , but so you know the kitchen faucet was very loose you might want someone to check that out and I don't think the ice maker was working properly. Furniture was very comfortable.I would recommend this home to someone, but have a few things that could be addressed. The master bath fans did not work properly if at all, the pool lights were out which I did tell the man who came to clean it and he did say he would put a work order in. We had 9 people stay at your home which is said to sleep 10 so I don't think I should have to pay an extra $25.00 to put linen on a sleeper sofa since there is only beds for 8 (i brought my own) I did appreciate the extra pool towels. The pool was wonderful. The garbage cans outside were in way of shower
so had to rinse off at beach. Would have been nice to rinse off better at house. Have you thought about outside speakers in pool area? That would be really nice to sit and relax with an I pod hooked up to. We had a great week but just wanted to offer suggestions we have noticed at other rentals over the years .The location was great.
Great to have garage space but didn't realize we could use it till second last day.
Overall we were very pleased with this house. Very spacious with a nice updated kitchen. (could have used a couple kitchen gadgets., i.e., can opener) The fold out couch off the kitchen area is not usable. The legs on the bed are broken and springs were sticking up on mattress.) But the locations was absolutely fabulous and the pool is just icing on the cake. I would definitely go back there and recommend to friends.
We have gone to Hilton Head for 30 years and this property was our absolute favorite location and pool!!! The layout of the house is excellent for large families. The decor is a little outdated, but the kitchen is very nicely updated.
We were upgraded to this property because our reserved property required unforeseen renovation. The Vacation Company's customer service in this regard was excellent, as it has been when we have rented from them in the past. The home's second-row oceanfront location just off the bike path to the Sea Pines Beach Club was incredibly convenient (for dining and access to the beach club showers), although one had to bushwhack a bit to get from the property over to the path. The club-side location remained noisy past midnight on one weekend night, and given that we rented during the quiet shoulder season, we figure that the noise could get insufferable during high season evenings.
As for the home, there was a little scattered garbage in the yard and pool area that we had to clean up upon our arrival. The exterior lighting was adequate (important when trying to get around outside at night in Sea Pines). The pool was private but easily littered with tree debris. There was a cleaning service that came by on its own once during the week, and afterward, the pool looked pristine-- for about 2 hours. The inside of the house was virtually spotless and bug-free (another benefit of renting from the Vacation Company in our opinion), but the furniture was quite dated and worn. Four of the five bathrooms were in dire need of updating, particularly the bizarre 80's master bathroom. Two of the three upstairs bedroom doors did not latch (a problem for a family with small children). The kitchen had been nicely renovated and was large. The garage was not useful: It was a bit below grade, not accessible from within the house, and had obviously suffered from water intrusion. It was empty except for rusty paint cans and an old moldy mattress lying on the floor. We raised the door once and then lowered it just as fast. The keypad door lock for the front door turned out to be really convenient.
Overall, we would stay at the property again during the shoulder season. It is a large home, not much different in fit and finish than other "rental" homes in Sea Pines, and can easily accommodate a large family, a couple of smaller families, or 4 couples.
We will certainly consider renting again from the Vacation Company.
