This home is newly remodeled, comfortable and clean. Master bedroom has private master bath, marble floors in both full bathrooms, granite accents in kitchen and bedroom, original wood and stylish new tile floors plus designer accents throughout. Bunk beds where each level sleeps two in one bedroom, and a versatile day bed in the 2nd, plus a queen bed in the master bedroom makes your group comfortable. New HE front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. Relax on the back deck in the large, fenced backyard where bunnies run around and fruit trees produce cherries, apples, and plums for your enjoyment in the summer. Use the gas grill or eat out at any number of great local restaurants. Hop on the light rail just one mile from the house and miss the traffic on the easy ride to the heart of downtown Denver. Cherry Creek also nearby. We also have two bicycles for your use--skip the car altogether and take the High Line Canal and Cherry Creek trails all the way downtown. Park and Rec Center just down the block with tennis courts (rackets at house), and outdoor swimming pool. 24 Hr Fitness also within a block. Everything is provided in our home--wi-fi, basic cable, all linens and a fully appointed kitchen. For your peace of mind, we also have a security system in place.

We live in Fort Collins but love our trips to Denver--especially around the holidays and for some of the great festivals in the summer. This home gives us the opportunity to bring our family and friends with no hassle. Since we've owned this property we've been continually surprised at what a great area University Hills is.

Fantastic Vacation Home

I stayed at this home with 4 other friends for a 5 days and it was wonderful. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and supplies. Perfect location for quick access to downtown Denver or many of the small towns around the area, which we did explore. Light rail very close and convenient for saving money on parking downtown as well. Owner always got back to me within a few hours during the day. Appreciated recommendations for things to do in the area. Would recommend this place to family and friends if they are looking for am awesome vacation spot/home! Also would stay again if I'm ever coming back that way!

Perfect place for a weekend in Denver

Just got back from a weekend stay in this house and can't say enough good things. The backyard was huge and had a ton of space to hang out and grill. The house had plenty of space for our group of 12 and was an excellent home base for our weekend in Denver!

University Hills--a great Denver neighborhood just a mile from DU and a mile from light rail, close to Denver Tech Center, Cherry Creek and hospitals. Enjoy all the local neighborhood restaurants and Denver culture. Great for visiting professionals and parents visiting students, or anyone coming to enjoy Denver. Take a quick trip to Broadway to go antiquing. Shop at Sprouts or Vitamin Cottage just down the street. Find local independent theaters. Great home base for those who want to explore the mountains or visit Red Rocks in just 25 minutes. High Line Canal trail at the end of the block--rides bikes all the way downtown or to Cherry Creek Resevoir. Park and recreation center just a block away with tennis courts and swimming pool.
