Great for a big group!
This is a great condo for a large group! We had 4 couples, 2 of which had 3 small kids, and everyone had plenty of room to hang out and play. The gondola is a quick drive across the street. Save yourself some effort and pay the $30 to park in the gondola lot and check your skis right there. Overall we loved this place and will be back! Watch out for the floor heater in the kitchen, 4 of us sliced our toes on it, mgmt should put a sign on it. Hot tub and sauna were great and club house was fun too!
Thank you for the review, come back and see us again!
Great place. Plenty of room. Good location

fun family time
We had a wonderful time in the mountains at Keystone with the whole family. Lots of space to be together and have private time as well. Great bedrooms and loved the hot tub/sauna. Though the heater had broken on the pool, we went in almost every day and the grandkids loved it (had the pool to ourselves every time). The clubhouse had a lot to do besides swim, but we were busy sightseeing to often to use it. Lots of great restaurants and things to do nearby as well. Summer in Colorado is as good as winter I think. Caution, keep hydrated and watch what you do, the thin air kicked our butts.
Took a group of young men to climb some 14er's. Club house was very nice and convenient.
Very nice. Plenty of room for a big group.
The property was spacious and well equipped for the 3 families. Plenty of space! We enjoyed our time there. The pool heater was broke so the water was pretty cold and that was a bummer as we expected the kids would swim a lot more while we were there. The house overall was clean, although the carpets were pretty dirty, mainly by the kitchen and dining area. The walls also could use fresh paint help with a cleaner appearance.
A littled disappointed
The townhome is great for large groups. The carpet on the main level had many stains and did not look clean. We also had issues with the hot water heater. When we called, they told us it was a known issue. Thankfully, the clubhouse was very nice, and we were able to take showers there since we did not have hot water. They kept telling us the issue was fixed, but we would only have hot water for a few hours and then it would stop working again. The area was great and had many activities for families.
Keystones River Run is in walking distance and has events all year long! There is an ice skating rink in the winter or miniature golf in the summer. Keystone has tubing, night skiing, and some of the finest dining in Summit County. Take the Gondola Ride to the top of the mountain to the Outback for Fondue Dinners. There are stables at Keystone Ranch for horseback riding or sleigh ride dinners. If you ever wanted to experience Arapahoe Basein 'The Legend' it is just minutes up the road. You won't have enough time to do all the wonderful activities so book some extra nights. Any 7 night booking gets a free clean.
