A COMPLETE renovation was completed 11/20/14, unveiling a PLATINUM LEVEL property with nothing spared. EVERYTHING is entirely new and the kitchen expanded to offer even better views! All brand new, top notch cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, appliances, furniture, hardwood flooring, mattresses and bathrooms! All have been completely updated, including a new washer/dryer now located in a convenient location in the entry hall. All the amenities that one can savor while enjoying the spectacular 1st floor location and views! This unit was fully booked last season and our guests loved the location and convenience to everything. This 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor residence offers higher (10') ceilings as opposed to 8' on other floors and long down valley slope side views. Out your back door are Chairlift 14 (just 40 yards) and hiking trails galore. The cozy terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a cool summer evening with friends and family. The convenience of a full kitchen and washer/dryer facilitate your stay, while a King MBR/BA, twin bunk beds in the second bedroom along with a trundle bed. Additionally, we have a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, all allow for many sleeping arrangement options. There is also a spacious living and dining area.

The Borders Lodge itself was completely renovated in 2013 and 2014 giving it an exclusive top notch look. The Borders Lodge offers a unique combination of seclusion and convenience. This elegant ski-in/ski-out property lies just steps from the Elkhorn lift and within walking distance to the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Its unique hillside location affords spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain to the south and the rolling fairways of Beaver Creek Golf Course to the north.

Marrying the comfort of a private residence with the personal service of a fine hotel, The Borders Lodge offers daily front desk, daily housekeeping, private underground parking and complimentary on-demand shuttle service. Additional resort amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, private ski lockers and a group meeting room for up to 50 people.

We have enjoyed Beaver Creek for the past 20 years. All of our children have grown up enjoying everything that the town has to offer. We originally came to ski in the winter, and then realized that the summers are just as wonderful. We now own 2 properties here and enjoy spending quality time here with friends and family.

Loved this perfect condo

Perfect snow stay for our family of 5. Well built, nice furniture meant to last for a rental unit but still very comfortable, everything is first class quality. Easy getting in and out since it's first floor, we loved the convenience. Perfect stay for a young family.

This property was incredible. First class finishes. Front desk was very helpful. The ski in ski out couldn't be any easier or closer to the lockers and the room. I couldn't believe how easy everything was. Literally a 5 min walk or short bus ride to Beaver Creek Village. I actually own a condo in Breckenridge, ski in ski out, 5-star and this one is much more convenient for skiing.

Well located. Bottom of Elkhorn lift. Easy access to BC village.
