Blue Coral is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean waters and surrounding islands. It was included in Destination Magazine as one of the best Villas and is the most sought after 3 bedroom villa in Cruz Bay!

The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk away. Even though we are really close to the bars/restaurants/shopping - you will not hear any noise from the town. That differentiates us from some other places in Cruz Bay.

Our place is also the highest elevation in Palm Terrace (the 6 unit condo complex) with the best views. Please take a moment to read the wonderful reviews we have received.

In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping, many fine restaurants, and active night life as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.

Furnished with a king bed and three queen beds, it is ideal for a family or a few couples. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Each of the three baths has a large, walk-in shower. There are large closets throughout as well as a laundry room within the condo. The dining room boasts a carved mahogany table that comfortably seats eight.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot (including espresso maker), blender, pots and pans, and many other kitchen gadgets.

The main balcony provides an outdoor water-wall and comfortable seating for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The balcony off the master suite commands panoramic views and ultra-comfortable lounges as well as a teak table and chairs for an intimate dining experience. Balcony ceiling fans were recently installed to provide additional comfort.

The unit has central air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. The great room has cathedral ceilings and a 65'' Hi-Def wall-mounted flatscreen TV. All three bedrooms also have Hi-Def wall-mounted flatscreen TVs. WIFI and local telephone service are included.

If you feel you must work while in paradise, there is an office area off of the Blue Bedroom.

Ample parking is available. Relax by the pool in one of the many lounge chairs. Grill your steaks by the pool on one of the two large stainless steel grills.

Our island host will greet you upon your arrival at the ferry dock. They will lead you to your accommodations and; share an extensive knowledge of the island, including local amenities, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails and ensure you have everything you need to make your experience wonderful.

What makes this condo unique

Blue Coral has the highest elevation, therefore the best views. Our balcony is made of glass so no view is obstructed. We also added fans to the balconies which keeps it cool and keeps the bugs away. We recently redecorated and added a TV to each bedroom. We change all towels and bedding annually so you will never be disappointed with quality.

Magical vacation, perfect accommodations!

Blue Coral was just right for our family of seven, (three adult couples and our three year old granddaughter). It was so spacious that we never felt cramped and so well stocked with everything that you would ever need. I don't know what we would have done without the washer and dryer! We ate out alot but also brought provisions, took turns cooking, and shared some great family meals together. It truly felt like our home away from home! We walked into town everyday and taxied from there to the beaches. We chartered a yacht for an afternoon outing and ventured around the island, swimming, snorkeling, and even had pizza delivered to the yacht, it was a blast! The only downside was that after a week in paradise we had to leave, but we will definitely be back! We'd like to express our thanks to the owners and staff for making this wonderful destination available to us!

One of the most beautiful island stays we have ever had.

This beautifully furnished unit easily accommodated our party of six. From the morning view of St. Croix to watching the sailboats return in the evening the view was truly spectacular. If traveling to St. John, this unit is a must stay.

Awesome Views - Awesome Rental!

We stayed in St. John's for a wedding, and this place could not have been any better! Incredible views, very spacious, and great location make this a top place to stay on the island! No more than a 15 minute walk from downtown Cruz Bay, 15 minutes from the marketplace, and close to public transportation if you don't have a rental. Thanks for making our stay great!

We agree with other reviewers, this place is wonderful

As others have said, this is a wonderful property and a joy to stay at. With a late arrival we were very happy that the professional property management team member met us at the car ferry and guided us to the property. Once there, we were very glad that the 'welcome' and 'starter' provisions were available. We knew the place was great but we were amazed at the gorgeous views we had when the sun came up and we looked out upon various, vibrant shades of blue of the Caribbean in the morning. And, every time we entered the unit we had to stop and enjoy the views. The porch with its glass enclosed railing was our favorite gathering place ( once again the view dominated). The bedrooms were very comfortable. And the living area spacious, with enormously high vaulted ceilings. All this and just short walk to everything in downtown Cruz Bay -- the walk was exercise as there are hills involved. But those of us in our late 60s and moderately active made the trip often. The Island of St John itself with its many beaches and other sites is certainly a 'bucket list destination'. Finally, the owners were great to work with in setting up the rental and their management team on the Island are top-notch. 5 stars all around.

Very modern and clean , comfy beds, balcony lovely for coffee in am .

I would stay here again, decorated nicely . Air conditioner problem one day was fixed promptly and even sent a person at 9 pm at night . We had a great time , beach chairs and coolers were great , we love St. John and will be back ! Thanks for the provisions that were ready for us when we arrived ,

Hill-top location with fabulous ocean views. Balconies also overlook wildlife preserve. Minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Options of quiet solitude or nightlife activity. Fantastic restaurants, shopping and quaint bars. St. John is 3/4 National Park so it is unspoiled and accessible.
