This is one of the best deals in the Historic Landmark District. Newly remodeled with all the conveniences of home. Free on street parking (no meters in this area) and a five minute walk to Kroger grocery store. This unit sleeps 5 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The living room offers a couch that turns into a bed. We have a well stocked kitchen and all linens and towels are included.

Why Jennifer Restivo chose Savannah

This property is cute and reasonably priced. Its in the historic district! To my knowledge this property is the best value in town. You don't need a car as Kroger grocery store is a 5 minute walk. We have pedi-cabs that will pick you up as well as taxis.

What makes this cottage unique

Totally renovated, but still has all the old charm of when it was built in 1900!!!

This was the first time ever spending Thanksgiving away from home, but it has been truly worth the trip to Savannah.

The duplex was more than we anticipated. It was the perfect fit for the four of us. Because the weather was perfect, we didn't spend much time inside. When we were here, the accommodations were spot on.

This VRBO has been a very nice experience. The duplex is decorated beautifully and so clean. To have all the extras provided, toiletries especially, is a nice added touch.

The only thing I didn't expect was the street noise. But living out in the country and coming to the city, I should have known.

It was still worth it!

Great little place

The place met our needs. It was very clean and quaint. Take note it had 2 single beds (it may have a pullout couch). My son and I were visiting SCAD and enjoying Savannah. Jennifer, the owner, was kind enough to let us check in early.

My next visit to Savannah I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Cottage!!

We loved the historic little cottage. I would definitely recommend. Very easy to find. We felt safe in the location and even was greeted by our next door neighbors that were also vacationing. We rode to all the city squares and went on a ghost tour of the city. We had a great time and would definitely like to visit again in the future. We love Savannah. Thanks so much!

Cute and cozy.

The cottage was cute, cozy, and convenient. The noise from the street was a little noisy at night, but nothing too crazy. I thought the cleaning fee was a little steep for such a short stay, especially with the strict cleaning rules provided.
