This is one of the best deals in the Historic Landmark District. Newly remodeled with all the conveniences of home. Free on street parking (no meters in this area) and a five minute walk to Kroger grocery store. This unit sleeps 5 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The living room offers a couch that turns into a bed. We have a well stocked kitchen and all linens and towels are included.

Why Jennifer Restivo chose Beach Institute

This property is cute and reasonably priced. Its in the historic district! To my knowledge this property is the best value in town. You don't need a car as Kroger grocery store is a 5 minute walk. We have pedi-cabs that will pick you up as well as taxis.

What makes this cottage unique

Totally renovated, but still has all the old charm of when it was built in 1900!!!

This was the first time ever spending Thanksgiving away from home, but it has been truly worth the trip to Savannah.

The duplex was more than we anticipated. It was the perfect fit for the four of us. Because the weather was perfect, we didn't spend much time inside. When we were here, the accommodations were spot on.

This VRBO has been a very nice experience. The duplex is decorated beautifully and so clean. To have all the extras provided, toiletries especially, is a nice added touch.

The only thing I didn't expect was the street noise. But living out in the country and coming to the city, I should have known.

It was still worth it!

Great Christmas stay!

My children and I chose Savannah for our destination Christmas this year. Our stay was enhanced by the townhouse on Broad Street. It is close to everything in the historic district. It is clean, neat and we were happy we could my puppies. I recommend this property for it's affordability and convenience.

Perfect Spot

This place is a treasure. Great location, plenty of space, easy parking. We walked to River Street, no problem. There are great restaurants within walking distance too. Cuoco Pazzo and Clary's were standouts. I couldn't recommend this spot more strongly!
