This home is a versatile two story, four bedroom set in a great beach neighborhood. The living, dining, and kitchen area are connected in an elegant space with floor to high ceiling windows revealing the serene pool and beach vista. Whether it’s gathering in the expansive living room in front of the 55-inch flat screen television; dining in an area with seating for six; or preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island with an electric glass-top stove, the adaptable space and various amenities will exceed expectations.
The living area grants access to a spacious outdoor deck with a wrap-around bench overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean. With endless possibilities limited only by your imagination, you can have brunch on the outdoor tables, go to the pool for a mid-day dip, gather round for an afternoon barbecue on the outdoor grill, or finally take the private boardwalk path down to explore the beach.
Come back in the house to run a load or two of laundry in the full laundry room, located adjacent to the bottom of the stairs, and then head over to the loft area. Located at the top of the stairs, it is equipped with a sleeper sofa and seating area. The loft is perfect for a fun, card game or casual gathering spot with a balcony overlooking the living room.
When it comes time to retire to any of the four bedrooms, each with a balcony view of the beach and a 32-inch flat screen television, 40-inches for the master bedroom, be prepared to be lulled to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves. The master bedroom located off the living room offers a king bed and private bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity, jetted garden tub and walk-in closet. An adjacent second bedroom has two twin beds, with a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the second floor; one set as a second master suite with a king bed and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Both have a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The garage is not available for guest use.

Located mid-island, Folly Field has become one of Hilton Head's most sought after destinations for those who love the beach. Just a quick drive down Folly Field Road gets you to the public beach access. The architecture of Folly Field properties is pleasantly eclectic, from modern mansions to old-fashioned beach cottages. The area is quiet and private, with an abundance of natural foliage and wildlife, complimenting the natural white-sand beaches. We found paradise for Christmas!
This house is amazing! It is exactly as pictured, located in a quiet residential area on a beautiful stretch of beach. We had four adults, two teens and a large dog, and everyone had plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable. We took a chance and heated the pool, and even when the temperature dipped below 50 it stayed toasty -- swimming on Christmas with steam rising from the pool just made the day even more special. We highly recommend this house and will be back to visit soon.
This was a great home for our group. Much more spacious than the photos depict. A couple inconveniences: the dryer was not working, waiting on a part that never came and there was confusion about trash pick up. The gas grill in place was not safe to use, but they promptly brought a new one for us. Overall, we had a great week in this house!

As a follow-up, we have repaired the dryer and it is full up and running! We are sorry again for any confusion that had in regards to the trash pick-up and we will try to improve our communication efforts moving further.

Great location but several downsides!
The location was great and the layout of the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 2 teens, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Having the pool was a extra benefit, especially for the kids. However, on our second day, we begin to see bugs (roaches) in the house. Upon calling the management company, they were very responsive and had an exterminator there within two hours. Upon our return from dinner out that evening, we encountered and killed over 10 roaches. The following days, until our departure, we still encountered several a day, though they were showing the effects of the chemicals. When discussed at check out, the response was that maybe they should exterminate more than once per month. Not really an acceptable reply for a location of this cost. We have rented numerous houses and condos at the beach, in SC and never had this experience, nor do we have this issue at our primary house in SC.

Beautiful House! Beautiful Location! This place was magnificent. Very Clean stocked with everything we needed for the first few days. The pool wasn't working when we got there and someone came out that day to start it back up. Despite hurricane Matthew hitting a week prior to our arrival everything was cleaned up and ready for us. I would certainly come back to stay here! Thank you Wyndham for a wonderful stay!!
The home was beautiful. There were a couple of things needing repair.
We had a fabulous time. The home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything handy you need to cook with. We really enjoyed the pool. It was clean and not overly chlorinated which we appreciated. The proximity to the beach is ideal. The beach is clean and busy but not overcrowded. We had fun biking on the beach and on the island's many trails. The kitchen faucet needed repair, which they wanted to repair during our stay. The concrete pillar out front needs to be picked up and put back in place. Overall we would gladly recommend it and look forward to returning.
