A privately owned fully furnished two-story townhouse located in the Fox Point at Redstone within the Kimball Junction area of Park City only a 30 minute freeway drive from Salt Lake City airport. One of Park City's newest developments it is within an easy walk to restaurants, stores, movie theater and bowling alley. It is conveniently located only minutes from three world-class ski resorts, Historic Old Town Park City and championship golf courses. Adjacent to the 1055 acre Swaner nature Preserve, home to many species of wild life, you are just a few steps away from the miles of trails. Sitting across from Utah's Olympic Park you can see the ski jumps and the convenient access to the freeway allows for exploration of the Wasatch Mountains and all it has to offer.

This gorgeous townhome is a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps six. The townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and HD Smart TV. The dinning area provides seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Dishes, flatware, glassware, and all cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher for your convenience.

The living room with fireplace, HD Smart TV and half bathroom are on the first floor.

The master suite on the upper level has a king size bed, walk in closet, alarm clock, HD Smart TV and private bath with twin sinks, shower and separate large jetted tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the upper level.

It has an attached garage and the shared driveway area is heated. The laundry room complete with a washer and dryer.

Technology equipped with three HD Smart TV’s and a blu ray player, the unit is High-Speed WiFi enabled.

Getting around is convenient with the free Park City Transit Service. You can be dropped off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is located just a short walk at Redstone Marketplace.

Long Memorial Weekend Getaway

The entire condo is very nicely done and very clean. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen has everything needed when we did cook meals there. They even have a spacious laundry room which makes it great for extended stays. The second bedroom is a bit small, but perfect for kids, probably even teens. A shopping center is within easy walking distance and it had several good restaurants. The only shortcoming that I noticed was that when we tried to enjoy the beautiful skies the windows were dirty, but even that was correct before we left.

Nice Townhouse, Great Location

We rented this townhouse for the month of March 2017. It is in a terrific location in Kimball Junction close to or within driving and walking distance to many amenities (grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, Whole Foods, Walmart, Tanger Outlets, gas stations) and easy access on and off Rte. 80. It is a 30 minute drive from the airport and within a 10-15 minute drive to Park City/Canyons and Deer Valley. The various ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are a 50 minute drive toward Salt Lake on Rte. 80 and Snowbasin is just over an hour in the other direction. There is local bus transportation available within the Park City area but it takes about 30 minutes to get to Park City Ski Resort from Kimball Junction because of all of the stops. A car is not necessary but would be for anyone who doesn’t want to navigate the bus system carrying ski gear or who plans to go to the ski areas closer to Salt Lake, plus going to and from shopping is easier with a car if you have a lot to carry.

This townhouse is tastefully decorated and the kitchen has the necessary basic items. It has a high quality set of pots and pans, as well as a large and small crockpot. We chose to make a lot of meals that regard there was a lack of baking dishes and microwavable cookware for people who do not eat out a lot. Items in the pantry were sparse, so we purchased what we needed and left them for the next renters. There is a 12-cup coffee maker with a built in hot water dispenser, but a Keurig would also be nice to accommodate different preferences. Paper products were not in plentiful supply so we replenished those items as we needed them. Having a laundry room with a full washer and dryer was a huge bonus and very much appreciated; some clothes detergent and fabric softener was provided. The attached garage was terrific to have on the inclement days, of which we had a few.

All in all this is a great place to stay and the owner, Jim, was nice work with. If we go back to the Park City area we will most certainly consider staying here again. Kimball Junction was the place to be for us.

close to restaurants, grocery stores & bus line

kitchen is so nicely equipped, and entertainment system is great. perfect having a laundry room. only complaint at all would be the second bedroom is really small and does not have a fan. other than that, we have no complaints at all. master is great and has fabulous bathroom. owner was available for questions, etc. good communications.

Wonderful condo, convenient and very comfortable.

This is a fantastic place to stay. We were skiing in Park City, Snowbird and Alta. It was a perfect spot for travelling. All the conveniences nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the unit very roomy. Would definitely stay here again.
