A privately owned fully furnished two-story townhouse located in the Fox Point at Redstone within the Kimball Junction area of Park City only a 30 minute freeway drive from Salt Lake City airport. One of Park City's newest developments it is within an easy walk to restaurants, stores, movie theater and bowling alley. It is conveniently located only minutes from three world-class ski resorts, Historic Old Town Park City and championship golf courses. Adjacent to the 1055 acre Swaner nature Preserve, home to many species of wild life, you are just a few steps away from the miles of trails. Sitting across from Utah's Olympic Park you can see the ski jumps and the convenient access to the freeway allows for exploration of the Wasatch Mountains and all it has to offer.

This gorgeous townhome is a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps six. The townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and HD Smart TV. The dinning area provides seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Dishes, flatware, glassware, and all cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher for your convenience.

The living room with fireplace, HD Smart TV and half bathroom are on the first floor.

The master suite on the upper level has a king size bed, walk in closet, alarm clock, HD Smart TV and private bath with twin sinks, shower and separate large jetted tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the upper level.

It has an attached garage and the shared driveway area is heated. The laundry room complete with a washer and dryer.

Technology equipped with three HD Smart TV’s and a blu ray player, the unit is High-Speed WiFi enabled.

Getting around is convenient with the free Park City Transit Service. You can be dropped off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is located just a short walk at Redstone Marketplace.

Park City Ski Vacation

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our trip to Park City. It is in pristine condition with everything you need, close to the resorts and walking distance to restaurants, movies, bowling, shops, and grocery stores for when you aren't skiing. It looked great on the website and was even better in person. Additionally, the owner was extremely easy to coordinate with! I highly recommend it and am certain we will be going back and will look no further than this town-home.

Winter vacation

This house was perfect for our winter vacation! The location was great - close to the ski slopes and historic Park City. Within the neighborhood was a grocery store, shops and a movie theater. So after a day of skiing, it was great to come back to the house and relax...or be close enough to go to the movies. Plus with the kitchen, we were able to quickly run over to the grocery store and pick up stuff for dinner. A very clean house, comfortable, and great for a family's vacation.

Holidays in Kimball Junction

This is a great condo - beautifully appointed, immaculate and nicely laid out. Just a short drive from the Salt Lake City airport, its location in the Redstone area is perfect, with walking access to grocery stores, retail and the movie theater. We loved having a spacious garage for parking, particularly once the snow started flying! And just up the highway a bit is the Park City scene, along with access to the ski areas. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. All-in-all, we highly recommend this spot!

Fabulous Vacation Home

I am a repeat visitor and will continue to visit Park City and this vacation rental whenever possible. The townhouse is so clean, beautifully furnished, decorated just so and in a fantastic location. The townhouse is spacious and was comfortable on visits as a couple and as a group. There are tons of places to eat, with a good variety and price points, many in walking distance. The house is near several ski resorts and an easy drive to the airport. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I have told other friends and family about this townhouse. This was not my first visit and it will not be my last!!!!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located

We've stayed in Kimball Junction for 3 Summers now, and this property is the closest to the restaurants and supermarkets - a 2 minute walk. The area is cooler and more relaxed than Salt Lake City, but only a 25 minute drive from the centre of the city. It's an easy commute if you're doing business there, or visiting Park City for the sport.

The house is big for a 2-bed, with plenty of space for 4 people to not feel crowded. The kitchen is well-specced and big enough to cook up a feast. The lounge is double-height, and if you're a TV person there are two which are both big enough that you have to turn your head to keep up with an action movie.

The house is spotlessly clean and perfectly finished. It's the kind of house where you feel at home, but like you need to take care of the place.

We'll probably be staying here again next year.
