My wife and I must have looked at about close to 500 properties all the way down the east coast of FL. What we wanted was spectacular ocean views from every corner of the house - nothing between us and the ocean. And we found it! Nothing compares to the views from our condo. This condo is absolutely stunning and we are very fortunate that we were able to buy it. The building has won many awards and is probably the nicest looking building on the shores. Very upscale.

What makes this condo unique

Views. Views. Views. Not kidding - but this was the only condo we saw with living, dining and kitchen with unobstructed ocean views and two direct oceanfront suites and a third river view suite. We saw a lot of good looking condos with great views but seriously we were blown away by this one. If oceanfront is what you are looking for, you really ought to give this one a shot.

Clean, well kept and in a great location!

My family rented the property recently and could not have been happier with the experience. There were a total of 6 adults and 3 children who stayed at the condo and there was plenty of space with each family having there own room with bathroom! The kitchen was such a nice bonus as well being able to throw a quick meal together or storing snacks. You will also be amazed by the view. You will quickly see the pictures are nice on the website but wait until you sit in the living room or on the balcony and look out over the beach, absolutely beautiful. Pool is great as well with quick and easy access right down to the beach. Great location with plenty of activities and restaurants for all your needs. Our son attends Embry Riddle which is just a few minutes away, so I will certainly be checking in the future for the availability of this condo as we plan all our visits! Don't pass by this listing! Beautiful condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful with a great location. The week we stayed, there was construction going on with a jack hammer right outside our door for three days, but Nayomi was nice enough to offer us a complimentary credit which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the view from the 16th floor. There was plenty of room and the place is nicely decorated. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Beautiful condo...amazing view!

We just got home after staying at the Ashley Condo. It was a great stay!! Heidi helped us check in and get settled, explaining the ins and outs of our rental. It was so clean and comfortable. The views out the windows and on the balcony are amazing! The only thing that was a downer was the construction every week day from 8:30-3:00. It was SO loud, especially once the got down to the 17th and 16th floors. But, it was not the fault of the owners ... it was the HOA that required the work. We loved our time at the condo and hope to one day go back. It was a perfect layout for our daughter and her family, too. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful condo!

Awfull vacation

We arrived to hear a jack hammer busting up concrete , drills and etc. noises ! This started every morning and lasted until afternoon. I spoke to the owner and she had no idea that the noises would be that unbearable. She offered us some refund money, we decided to except what was offered and stay , not to have to pack back up and rune our vacation all together. If we had known in the beginning how bad it was going to be we would not have gone, but on the other hand we had no choice but to loose vacation money if we left, Pam Roberts

It is hard to overstate. Kids hate to leave. Plenty of room to stretch out, dine, whatever. No pictures of the owners watching from every room. Reminding you this is just a vacation.... dont get too comfortable. If we ever do the family together again we will likely be back! Joe and Nayomi are the greatest to work with!!!
