We wanted to be in the center of it all. The ocean, as well as the mountains are right there. The climate is exceptionally wonderful year round, and what better place to enjoy it all than a brand new modern home located in a cute and quite street, with everything Los Angeles has to offer, minutes away.
In the heart of Los Angeles, within walking distance to LACMA, the Grove, and the numerous boutiques and restaurants of 3rd street. take your car and all of the beauty of Southern California is yours to discover.

A beautiful home in a great location. Walk to The Grove shopping mall, Wholefoods and 3rd street eateries and shopping. It is also a great location for driving as you have easy access in any direction you wish to go. All that West Hollywood and Beverly Hills has to offer is close by. The home is substantial, beautiful and very clean. The outdoor area and pool make you feel like you are in a resort. It is like hotel living in the privacy of your own house.
Ludovic is a great manager keeping in contact and available anytime. My deposit was repaid very promptly the week after I left.

First, location location location. I don't think the convenience of this location can be overstated if staying in West Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything. It is fabulous. The house is large and comfortable. Outdoor space is pleasant - we did not utilize the hot tub or the pool. The kitchen is equipped with basics; if you plan to do a huge meal (I did Thanksgiving) you will need to import kitchen goods to make it happen (I did). Ludovic is a great property manager; my deposit was returned within two days of our departure.
We had a extended family reunion this summer and had a great time staying at this home. The location was great and accessible to many local shopping areas, restaurants, and attractions. The house was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The kids especially loved the backyard pool. Would definitely do it again if we're in the area!

I absolutely loved this property. Big, spacious, modern, clean, amazing architecture, ease of use, ease of check in, ease of check out...I can go on and on and on.
The location itself is absolutely the best in town. We were minutes (which in LA is a BIG thing) from everywhere. Rodeo: 15 mins. Runyon Canyon: 15 mins. Auto museum: 2 mins. Restaurants all over: 2-15 mins max. I highly recommend this house for couples and for families with children.
Located in a quiet street between the Beverly Center and the Grove shopping malls, and minutes to 6 museums including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and the Petersen Automotive Museum. One block from great many restaurants on 3rd Street.
