Great location, beautiful modern house

This is our second time renting this property, it's in a great neighbourhood one of the few walkable areas in LA. The house is very clean and modern with lots of light.

Great Location and Very Comfortable

Enjoyed a week stay at this lovely property. Great location to explore all that Beverly Hills / The Grove area has to offer.....and mostly by foot. Extremely close to a wide range of restaurants and grocery stores, including Wholefoods. The Petersen Automobile Museum just a short walk down Fairfax was a great find......even for non-car lovers like myself. Ludovic was very responsive and great to deal with. Great to have off street garage parking and all the conveniences this modern house provides. Highly recommended for a family or group stay.

Beautiful and Convenient

A beautiful home in a great location. Walk to The Grove shopping mall, Wholefoods and 3rd street eateries and shopping. It is also a great location for driving as you have easy access in any direction you wish to go. All that West Hollywood and Beverly Hills has to offer is close by. The home is substantial, beautiful and very clean. The outdoor area and pool make you feel like you are in a resort. It is like hotel living in the privacy of your own house.

Ludovic is a great manager keeping in contact and available anytime. My deposit was repaid very promptly the week after I left.

We loved the home and would stay again.

Great Comfort and Convenience for a Large Group

First, location location location. I don't think the convenience of this location can be overstated if staying in West Hollywood. You can walk to almost anything. It is fabulous. The house is large and comfortable. Outdoor space is pleasant - we did not utilize the hot tub or the pool. The kitchen is equipped with basics; if you plan to do a huge meal (I did Thanksgiving) you will need to import kitchen goods to make it happen (I did). Ludovic is a great property manager; my deposit was returned within two days of our departure.

Family Reunion

We had a extended family reunion this summer and had a great time staying at this home. The location was great and accessible to many local shopping areas, restaurants, and attractions. The house was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The kids especially loved the backyard pool. Would definitely do it again if we're in the area!
