Located in the Trout Creek area of the District of Summerland, BC only 5 minutes from Summerland and 15 from Penticton. Located on the beautiful Okanagan Lake, minutes away from wineries, parks, large beaches, boat launches, and fruit stands.

Newly built 4 bedroom 4.5 bath modern home with high end furnishings, TVs, bar, gourmet kitchen, BBQ with rotisserie, espresso machine, and a large fenced in front yard.

Approximately 4000 square feet with an optional additional 800 sq foot carriage house that sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds)- full kitchen, laundry, walk in shower, BBQ, and deck with lake and mountain views.

The master suite located on the second floor has a king size bed with views looking right onto the lake across to the Naramata Bench, a large walk in closet, and an incredible spa like bathroom. The steam shower is equipped with double rain shower heads and is complimented by a free standing soaker tub. His and her vanities.

Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a king bed and its own bathroom just out the door with a large walk in marble tile shower. (handicap accessible)

Bedroom 2 is located upstairs with a queen bed and its' own ensuite bathroom with walk in marble tile shower.

Bedroom 3 is also located upstairs and is large enough to act as a nursery or children's room as its ensuite bathroom has a glass tiled bathtub and shower.

The kitchen is fitted with Gageneau appliances- 5 burner gas stove top, double convection ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and an espresso/latte machine. Around the corner is the walk in pantry.

The bar has beautiful Turtle Blue Granite countertops and dark oak cabinetry fitted with a Sub Zero Wine and beverage fridge, ice maker, Fisher-Paykel dishwasher, and all the stemware.

There are laundry facilities on each floor as well as a separate appliances in the carriage house.

Well trained and house broken pets are negotiable.

Our Amazing Wedding

I cannot recommend this property enough!! My (now) wife and I rented the house for a week to get married in September of 2015. My wife is Canadian and I am British and are based in London. We wanted a place to accommodate our British friends for the week and obviously a beautiful location for the actual ceremony and reception. This house ticked ALL the boxes and more.

The house is TRULY stunning (the pictures do not it justice!!) the location is perfect and the whole stay exceeded everything we had hoped for.

Throughout the whole process Alana was superb. Imagine organising a wedding from London to be had In Summerland!

I seriously cannot recommend this property enough. All of our friends/guests had the most amazing time! For many it was there 1st trip to Canada and I know they'll back!!

Thank you so so much Alana for making it such an easy process and thank you for your beautiful home.

We couldn't have wanted for anything more!

Beautiful home and location

The home is beautiful, clean and in a fabulous location! I found the rental process to be very professional, and the owners to be helpful, informative and wonderful to deal with! We were so grateful for Alana's suggestions and recommendations in the area!!! The beachfront is wonderful for small children and fun for teenagers and the views from the house amazing! This was a trip! Thank you we would love to return!

Cleaning Fee $405.48

Damage Deposit $3,243.86

Summer Weekly Rental consists of 6 nights/ 7 days. For example arrival on Thursday and depart on Wednesday. $9500 for main house. Additional fee for carriage house rental (sleeps an additional 4 persons).

Wedding Venue rental-Outside of July-August: 3 nights for $5000 plus event fee, additional fee for carriage house rental (sleeps 4). During Summer- a minimum of 6 night rental is required plus wedding event fee.

Cancellation policy: 45 day notice of cancellation required in order to receive deposit back minus a 10% processing fee. If cancellation notice is given less than 45 days in advance, a 2 night stay will be charged on a 3-6 night booking, a 5 night stay for 2 week rental & a 1.5 week rental will be charged on a monthly rental.

50% deposit required at time of booking (if 30 days in advance), Full payment required if made 30 days or less before booking. Full payment required 14 days before check in. Damage Deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure pending there are no damages to assess.
