Great Location, Nice Condo, Helpful Owner

Perfect location; easy one block walk and across the parking lot to the PCMR lifts. Very easy 10 minute walk to restaurants/bars. The apartment is very nice and clean, and has everything you need. We were a group of 6 guys and had plenty of room. The hot tubs are very nice and right outside the condo. Parking is convenient and easy for multiple vehicles.

Also, the owner Terri was very helpful. When we got there, we had an issue with the Wi-Fi Password, and she was very responsive, calling Comcast and getting it sorted it right away. I would stay at the condo again!

Spacious Condo in perfect location

Great Condo, centrally located fo walking to the base of mountain or into town. Right on bus line made going to Deer Valley a breeze. Condo space is very comfortable with vaulted ceiling, and wrap around windows give the place a great feel with lots of natural light. Main floor was very comfortable with lots of seating in front of fireplace. Kitchen is well appointed with cookware and small appliances which allowed us to stay in and cook. Two bedrooms are good size and very comfortable. The only reason l rated 3 stars was age of bathrooms, floor and wall coverings, and AV options throughout the unit. Although all were in working order and were clean, they are a bit old and that tended to date the unit. Wifi was excellent. Convenient covered parking under the unit. Really no need for a car if you are planning to stay in PC area for your stay. Check in was very easy and like I mentioned the unit is well maintained and clean. Wonderful Condo, would not hesitate to rent it again.

Owner's Response: We appreciate your taking the time to provide a detailed review. Glad you liked most things about our condo: design and floor plan, kitchen conveniences, cleanliness (MOST important!), central location, and heated garage. I agree about the flooring-- We have kept the original tile floor in the entryway and kitchen because it has been indestructible and so tolerant of ski boots! Now that our kitchen has been completely renovated, the Bathrooms are next on the list, (especially since one of our porcelain bathroom tubs was damaged by a renter prior to your arrival; repairing the chipped porcelain could not be scheduled until after your visit). Regarding AV, we have a 50 inch flat screen over the FP, and a smaller flat screen tv in the upstairs master bedroom. I think you are referring to the TV/VCR/DVD all-in-one combo that we have in the bunk room. We keep that particular TV because we have an extensive collection of kid and family videos & DVDs to go with it -- and as a 3rd TV in the condo, it is simple and convenient for kids to use. Other than that, we try to provide updated items for your convenience such as the iHome clock with iPhone charger, and multiple USB wall outlets. We try to provide the essentials that might be forgotten! Good to hear that you would like to come back-- we would love to have you visit again.
