Great Stay & Very Attentive Ownership!

We had a wonderful time at the unit. The location is walking distance to the lifts, the complex has indoor parking (which is HUGE for cold days) and its walking distance to all the shops & restaurants.

Spacious Condo in perfect location

Great Condo, centrally located fo walking to the base of mountain or into town. Right on bus line made going to Deer Valley a breeze. Condo space is very comfortable with vaulted ceiling, and wrap around windows give the place a great feel with lots of natural light. Main floor was very comfortable with lots of seating in front of fireplace. Kitchen is well appointed with cookware and small appliances which allowed us to stay in and cook. Two bedrooms are good size and very comfortable. The only reason l rated 3 stars was age of bathrooms, floor and wall coverings, and AV options throughout the unit. Although all were in working order and were clean, they are a bit old and that tended to date the unit. Wifi was excellent. Convenient covered parking under the unit. Really no need for a car if you are planning to stay in PC area for your stay. Check in was very easy and like I mentioned the unit is well maintained and clean. Wonderful Condo, would not hesitate to rent it again.

Owner's Response: We appreciate your taking the time to provide a detailed review. Glad you liked most things about our condo: design and floor plan, kitchen conveniences, cleanliness (MOST important!), central location, and heated garage. I agree about the flooring-- We have kept the original tile floor in the entryway and kitchen because it has been indestructible and so tolerant of ski boots! Now that our kitchen has been completely renovated, the Bathrooms are next on the list, (especially since one of our porcelain bathroom tubs was damaged by a renter prior to your arrival; repairing the chipped porcelain could not be scheduled until after your visit). Regarding AV, we have a 50 inch flat screen over the FP, and a smaller flat screen tv in the upstairs master bedroom. I think you are referring to the TV/VCR/DVD all-in-one combo that we have in the bunk room. We keep that particular TV because we have an extensive collection of kid and family videos & DVDs to go with it -- and as a 3rd TV in the condo, it is simple and convenient for kids to use. Other than that, we try to provide updated items for your convenience such as the iHome clock with iPhone charger, and multiple USB wall outlets. We try to provide the essentials that might be forgotten! Good to hear that you would like to come back-- we would love to have you visit again. Property was clean, spacious and well kept.

The location of the property was the biggest perk; seconds away from the main lift/ski complex and a few minutes walk from the bars! Owner was responsive and courteous aswell as full of great local information which she gladly shared. Would recommend staying here to anyone who likes to enjoy the nightlife as much as they board or ski!

Summer Family Vacation - August

Excellent condo and experience! Location is great. Walked to downtown, to PCMR to mountain bike. Parking garage was nice - key code easy and parking was very convenient. Elevator for transporting luggage coming and going was great. Hot tubs very clean and well maintained. Condo is very spacious. We were only a family of 4, but would be comfortable with a larger party. Kitchen was great - in order, has everything you need from spices to pots & pans. Multiple porches to enjoy the view. W & D brand new. Handy to be able to do laundry - less to pack. Great room with fireplace was a great layout. View from MB was awesome. Really enjoyed the condo!

Great property. Great location. Great owner.

We just got back from a week stay. Property is in a great location right near park city base. 5 minute walk and you are putting on your skis. Bus stop to downtown is right in front of complex. Every bus that drives by takes you to main street and every bus that leaves main st passes the stop on the way back. Never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus either way. Super convenient.

Condo is fantastic. Very comfortable couches and chairs in living room. Modern kitchen with everything one would need. Gas fireplace is instant on which avoids lugging firewood with tired ski legs. Bedrooms are large. During day whole place is bright and sunny. Plenty of room. Very spacious.

Terri is great to work with. Answered all questions and made recommendations for places to eat. Took care of a minor plumbing issue completely beyond her control within 24 hours. Allowed a late check out since no one was coming in right after us since our flight was not until 5 PM.

Great experience made for a great week. Would definitely stay again if we return. Highly recommended.
