Cute, cozy and convenient!
This charmer was perfect for us (couple, no kids). Very convenient to town, so easy to walk to restaurants, but fully appointed so cooking at home was a breeze. Highly recommend.
Thank you for the nice review Joelle, we look forward to having you again. Maria
What a lovely place and such a beautiful view! Katie, the manager, is helpful and very responsive. We used her kayak and canoe with all the equipment. The house is just right, the bed is very comfortable and the new sofa bed is as well. Also, since we spent a month, the washer/dryer was invaluable. We spent a lot of time on the deck at a table for 4 overlooking the marina watching all the activities. The kitchen table has the very same view with a 4x6 foot picture window. There are 2 lounge chairs and plenty of shade on the lawn. We enjoyed it so much we are going back next year.
Jean, thank you for this wonderful review, we were delighted to have you as our guest and we look forward to your visit next year. Thank you for being such a terrific guest. Maria
Very relaxing spot in the world. Thank you!
Loraine, thank you so much for your visit, I am glad you had a nice time, do come back again. Maria
Our cabin in Poulbso
Everything was wonderful with the exception of just one thing. When we arrived and walked in the door, we smelled the strong odor of a Glade type plug-in. The odor was very powerful. Too strong in fact that I un-plugged it from the wall. We left for about 2 hours and when we returned we were met with a strong odor of cat urine. We now knew the purpose of the plug-in. We plugged the unit back into the wall and left it there for the remainder of our stay. Had it not been for this issue, we would have rated the cabin a 5. Best regards, Ernie and Kim Carrillo.
I am pleased you thought the cabin was wonderful and grateful for the 4 star rating. As to the cat urine odor, we have a not pet policy and have never allowed a cat in the cabin. The floors are all hardwood floors which get mopped throughly before our guest arrive. I have never had a odor complaint from our guest. Still, I appreciate your feedback and because I take it seriously I went to the cabin today but did not detect any bad smells. Thank you for your visit and for your input.
This was a great stay. Prior to our arrival, the owner promptly answered our questions.
Upon arrival, the cottage was cute, tidy, and had a great view of the harbor. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the plumbing worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it met or exceeded our expectations. Also, the cottage is indeed a short walk from historic downtown Poulsbo.
Michael, we are so glad you enjoyed our little cabin in Poulsbo, thank yo for your visit, Maria
Perfect location, view and cozy feeling as we celebrated our honeymoon.
This is a cute little vintage cottage with modern updates and everything you need (no tv). Has awesome views from inside, the deck and the grass area. Steps from all of the Poulsbo waterfront. We enjoyed our week here for our honeymoon.
Thank you for choosing our little cabin for such a special occasion. We are glad you had a nice time and you will always be welcomed to come back, congratulations. Maria
