When you arrive, park your car in your dedicated parking space located just steps from your unit.

This first floor condo is a corner unit which allows cool soft tropical cross breezes. The home also features central air conditioning. It is tastefully decorated with furnishings that add to the unique architecture of the space. Large sliding glass doors open the main living area to invite the tropics in. The open concept living area consists of a kitchen with kitchen island, a dining area, and living room. The sleeper sofa will accommodate short visits by family and friends.

Enjoy your favorite television programs on the flat screen TV, watch a DVD.

High speed internet WIFI is perfect for smart phones, tablets, and laptops.
Your kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for creating your home cooked meals. Clean up is easy with the dishwasher.

The Queen master bedroom is comfortable and tranquil with all new furniture including a flat screen TV.

The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is conveniently located off of the bathroom and includes a washer, a dryer, and ironing board and iron.

There is an infrared outdoor grill and a bistro set. The outdoor space features a landscaped tropical courtyard with meticulously maintained palm trees and lush tropical. This thoughtfully planned community has wandering walkways and paths that guide you through the gardens to the large shared saline pool.

This 20’ x 40’ beautiful solar heated pool is perfect for relaxation or exercise.
Lounge chairs for sunning are plentiful. Tables with umbrellas offer seating in the shade for reading and relaxing with friends. There is a club house that can be scheduled for events.
5 Brother’s Groceries is just a short walk away. 26 years of real Cuban coffee, breakfast and sandwiches could not be more convenient! Enjoy a con leche and a guava pastry while you mingle with the locals.

Treat yourself to dinner at the incredible restaurants in your immediate area. Kobe beef steaks at Michael’s or Italian at Mangia Mangia.

The heart, and some would say the soul, of Key West is Old Town. Originally the city’s center, Old Town is today the central location for Key West’s historic district and tourist destinations.

Old Town’s Duval Street, which stretches from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean is the main artery in Key West. Intersected by Truman Avenue, Duval Street provides the backbone from which Key West’s historic homes, seaport and cultural centers extend.
