You're coming to Whistler for a vacation... what's more important than being close to a Chairlift?
How about having quick access to the Creekside Gondola, where you can upload with the locals and avoid the crowds first thing in the morning? How about also having a Starbucks, a Grocery Store, a Liquor Store, a Bank, a number of restaurants, and Ski Rentals and Ski School located 2mins from home in Whistler's Creekside? And of course it wouldn't be a ski vacation without experiencing apres ski.
After a day on the mountain head into Dusty's which is conveniently located next to the Creekside Gondola and is the best apres ski place in town. That is if you want some local flavour, great music and drink specials... and a huge patio perfect for sunny days. And if you lose track of time because you are having too much fun and don't feel like walking home, no worries, its a 2min taxi ride and Whistler taxis are equipped to transport your ski gear home with you.
As well, if you get sick of the 8 restaurants in Creekside ranging from Subway to Boston Pizza, or the Southside Diner to Whistler finest dining experience at the Rim Rock Cafe (both local favorites), then head to the Village to access even more amenities which is only a 5min drive away. And if you don't feel like driving Whistler has a world class transit system (the bus stop is just down the street) or of course taxi's are plentiful.
No matter what you do or where you end up though, the most important part is that once you are home you will be instantly soothed back into relaxation mode when you crawl into bed for a great nights sleep so you can wake up and do it all again!
Whistler Stay and Play is a 3 bdrm, 2 bath home located minutes from the infamous Dave Murray Downhill ski run and the Whistler Creekside Gondola for quick access up the mountain. Home includes free parking, 46' flat screen tv, cable, movies, free high speed wifi, fireplace, games, and lots of room to relax and have fun. All 3 bedrooms contain queen size beds with one bedroom also containing bunk beds. As well there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Brand new linens and mattresses make for a great nights sleep so you will need to set your alarm as its so quiet and peaceful outside you will sleep in and miss all the fresh powder!

I've lived in almost every subdivision in Whistler and Nordic Estates is my favorite because of its location. You can walk to the ski hill and you are nestled between Creekside and Whistler Village so you are in the perfect location to quickly access everything. Although with that said I rarely go to the Village as Creekside has everything you need and you can walk to it all in 5mins.
Our family of 10 stayed for 3days and we loved it. Close to the ski lifts, restaurants, grocery stores. Comfortable, plenty of towels, Nice bedding and friendly host. Especially loved that there were some basic things stocked in the kitchen, like sugar, salt, etc.... so we didn't have to run to the store to get teeth little thing. They also had a Christmas tree which really helped kick off the Christmas spirit. We would defiantly go back.
This was a great place to stay for the weekend. 9 of us stayed for two days/two nights. The mountain biking and golfing was top notch. A very quite and clean condo. Highly recommended. I would stay here again if travelling to Whistler.
A group of 9 of us stayed 2 nights, 2 days and we absolutely loved this spot! We spent most of our time either on the mountain or in Whistler village but when we were at the condo, there was plenty of room. Upon arrival, Tiff greeted us and gave us a quick tour - no hiccups here. The coffee maker didn't work but that was alright. It was great to be just a short taxi ride from the village - overall had a wonderful weekend, and it was a beautiful home!
We spent a great 4 days here. The unit is nicely laid out and we had plenty of space. We loved the location too. It is just a minute or so drive down to the free underground parking at Creekside, or a few minutes walk to the slope. Everything in the unit itself was as pictured or described and we were met at check-in right on time. The mountain itself was spectacular. We got lucky weather and woke up to 10 inches of fresh powder our first day. We hope you'll be as fortunate. We'll be back at Whistler and looking to stay here again.
Owner was super! She came to greet us, toured us through the place and left us to get on with our vacation.
The condo was very nice, great location with 2 parking spots. Fireplace was nice touch.
The location was just what we wanted. We loved creekside. Skied to aprés at Dusty's and had dinner at Rimrock.
My friends and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights over the weekend. We hiked Joffre Lake, white water rafted, and zip-lined. At the end of each day, we found ourselves enjoying each others' company in this house. Even though it only has one shower, with a little coordination, we never felt cramped or rushed. I definitely recommend this place to large groups due to its closeness to Whistler village and its affordability. Shannon did a great job at making sure we were comfortable and had a good time!
Whistler Mountain (ski run) is a 500m walk (approx 3blks) from the home and the ski out run takes you to almost across the street just under 200m (or 1blk) from home.
If arriving via bus exit at the Creekside stop and then have a taxi take you to the house. which is only a 5min drive. Taxi number is 604-938-3333 or 604-938-1515.
If driving, follow Hwy 99 from Vancouver and once you go through the traffic lights at Creekside (you will see the Husky gas station on your left at the lights) take your second right into 'Whistler Highlands' (street is Whistler Rd). Follow Whistler Road to the 4 way stop and turn right. Continue uphill until you reach a 3 way stop and turn left. 2640 Whistler Rd is the last complex on the left of this road and the sigh out front says RimRock Village 2. If you come to your third stop sign you have gone to far so back up and your are home. Please note that there is also a complex called RimRock Village 1 and a restaurant called RimRock that you will pass on your way so do not confuse these with your destination.
