This 1 bedroom, 1 bath carriage home is the perfect spot for 1 or 2 guests. Located just 4 homes north of Seaside’s private beaches and minutes to the town center, this is the spot for a couple looking to getaway. For extra space, check out the main house, “Caribbean”.
The ground floor of the home includes a living room with two comfortable chairs, ottoman and TV. Also in this room is a small dining table for two. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher and mini-fridge. A stackable washer/dryer can be found in a kitchen nook.
The queen bedroom is located on the second floor of the home. An attached full bath includes a pedestal sink and a shower. A balcony off the bedroom provides garden views.
Your beach access is less than 100 walking steps away and located directly south of the home at the Odessa Pavilion. Rental of the home includes access to Seaside’s 3 community pools, fitness center and private beach walkovers. Also included is a Beach Gear Credit where you can select gear of your choosing (bikes, backpack beach chairs, coolers, wagons, etc.) to be delivered to the home upon arrival. A charcoal grill in the courtyard is shared with main house. PLEASE NOTE: Our area is developing rapidly, and there is construction in the immediate vicinity.
