Walk to historic downtown Breckenridge and the Peak 8 Gondola, just 5-minutes away! New carpet and tile installed Winter 2015! This is a lovely top-floor unit (no elevator) offers mountain views from the living areas.

This home has a queen master suite with a TV and ensuite bath. The second bedroom features two twin bunk beds with TV. There is additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

GETTING AROUND:

Property is located on the North end of town, 1/2 block east of Main Street. Less than 5 minute walk to Peak 8 Gondola parking lot.

SUMMER SKYCARD PROGRAM: The summer SkyCard program is equally as fun as our winter program and is something that adult and kids will enjoy. Our summer program runs from from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We offer several actives all provided by local companies including:

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

Cozy Condo - Great Location

Fantastic mountain view from the balcony. Location was absolutely perfect being close to Main St and the Gondola. Kitchen appliances were updated. Great price for the Condo.

Good downtown location

The pictures accurately reflect this nicely-furnished property. Be aware it is two flights up from where you park your car. The garage is extremely narrow (can't open car doors very far) and is adjacent to a tall cement wall with makes parking difficult if someone is in the next space. No entry to the condo from the garage. We encountered a few issues - garage door opener didn't work, no cold water in guest bathtub making bath or shower scalding, carpet pulled up in one place with exposed nails, no broom or iron. We worked around these, though and enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was great and we cooked every meal during our stay.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your valuable feedback. Andorra 9 is conveniently located 1 block from Main Street and is a top-level condo with a 1-car garage. Its top-level location affords ski slope views and is not elevator served, there are 2 flights of stairs. This lovely top-level unit is not connected to the garage but we think its a positive and rare benefit to have a 1-car garage this close to town. The garage is accessible via a garage keypad and fresh batteries were replaced in the garage door opener after guest departure. We are excited to report that this condo was upgraded in late 2015 with new carpet and new tile in both bathrooms. The cold/hot water issue was resolved once the guest reported it. Again, thank your or your feedback.

Beautiful Home: Perfect Family Vacation

This lovely mountain home was perfect for our family of five. It is so beautifully furnished we felt like we were staying in a designer's show home. The ski shuttle picked us up in the driveway each day and dropped us right at the lift line. We also took it into town for shopping and dinner, which was nice because we didn't have to deal with parking. Wil be back to this house ever year!
