About the property

Quiet 3BR, 2 Bath Duplex, Close to Main St, Private hot tub in wooded setting

Seclusion in the Heart of Frisco!

Your home-away-from-home in Frisco is an ideally-located, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1800 sq ft duplex backing to a hill and surrounded by woods...and just steps away from Main Street. You're close to everything, but you'll feel a million miles away from it all.

Location. Location. Location! Whatever you're looking to do while in Frisco, you've found the ideal starting point. The home is located just 1 1/2 blocks from historic Main Street, so you're a quick walk away from its many restaurants, shops, services, and nightlife. The local brew pub is 750 feet from your front door!

You'll be just 1/2 block from the free Summit Stage Shuttle that will take you throughout Frisco and Summit County. Whether you're hitting the slopes in Breckenridge, Copper or Keystone, the shops in Silverthorne, or the Dillon Marina, you can leave the driving to someone else.

Want to go for a short walk, a long hike, or a grueling bike ride? You can, because you're just steps from the Frisco bike path, a 12-mile network of paved trails to take you anywhere in Town. The bike path links to the Summit County Recreational Pathway, which will take you to Breckenridge, Silverthorne/Dillon, Copper Mountain, even (for the truly adventurous) Vail.

Still looking for something to do? The Frisco Adventure Park is about a 5-minute drive from home. The park features year-round outdoor activities for the whole family.

The Frisco Bay Marina (on stunning Lake Dillon) is a 10-minute walk/3-minute drive from your Frisco home. This full-service marina also features a bar and grill on the water's edge and the launch for the water taxi, with service to Dillon and back during the summer.

The setting: As much as there is to do just outside the house, you'll feel a million miles away from it all when you cozy up at home. The house backs to a hill and is surrounded by trees. The views from the deck and hot tub are gorgeous - you see trees, hills, mountains, wildlife, and stars. What you don't see is the bustling town just a couple of blocks away. The hot tub sits on a newly-built deck nestled between the house and the hill behind it, so you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere...a perfect way to relax after all the activity of the day.

The home: The house was remodeled in 2013. New/updated features include the kitchen appliances and cabinets, kitchen and bathroom tile and fixtures, and all carpet. The house is tastefully decorated.

The upper floor features a huge kitchen (with dual-zone wine fridge!), dining room, wood-burning fireplace, living room, one bathroom and a versatile bedroom. (You have the option of converting the two twin beds into a king. The futon provides a place to sit or another bed.) The living room has a couch and three chairs - perfect for watching your favorite show or team on the flat-screen TV (with cable).

The bottom floor features a large living room with wood stove, large-screen TV (with cable, Xbox 360 and a Blue Ray DVD), three couches (one of which pulls out to a queen bed), and one bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed. The washer and dryer are down here as well.

Other good stuff: The kitchen is fully-equipped; cable and Wi-fi are free and ready for you to use; lots of games, DVDs, CDs, and books. Both TV's upstairs and down have Blue Ray DVD players so with a large group you don't all have to watch the same thing!

Frisco is located within a few minutes drive of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and only 30 minutes from Vail Resort and Loveland Ski Area. The home is located 1 block from the free Summit Stage Shuttle . The home is also only 2 blocks from the Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon.

About Debbi and Eric

We live in Denver and love the Frisco area. We love to ski, bike, hike and all the 'ing activities you can do in Colorado. All three of us have lived in Denver for over 14 years and love the mountains just as much in the summer as well as the winter.

Debbi and Eric purchased this house in 2013

Why Debbi and Eric chose Frisco

We have wanted a place in the mountains forever and finally found the perfect place. We often ski at Copper, Breckenridge and Vail and this place is easy to access all of them without being stuck at just one. Also, Frisco is such a quaint town without all the traffic and congestion of Breckenridge or Vail but has great dining options within walking distance. When we first saw this property we knew it was the right place for us.

What makes this house unique

We love our place because of the privacy it offers while being walking distance to the quaint town of Frisco. Being so close to Frisco Bay as well as the shuttle service right out our door to Breckenridge, Keystone, Silverthorne and Copper make our home the ideal place to take a break from the traffic and truly relax.

clean & spacious condo, perfect to relax & quick walk to town

  • 5 of 5

This property is a clean & spacious condo, perfect to relax and just a quick walk to town. We comfortably slept 10 guests and found the condo well-stocked.

Nearby activities we enjoyed included relaxing in the hot tub (on property), dinner at 5th avenue grille, renting a pontoon boat at the local Frisco marina, and a brew tour (throughout Summit county). Local coffee shop is great too!

Check in/out was easy. The owners were responsive and accomodating in our request for a late checkout.

Would stay again!

Perfect stay here (mid August 2018, 6 people including elderly mother, me and wife, 3 kids), beautiful indoors and out, hot tub was great, kids had fun with the Wii, two minute walk to main street Frisco, quiet/no street noise at house, lots of space for sleeping on beds and pullout sofa, Debbi and Eric very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

Great place to stay - very responsive owners

  • 5 of 5

We played golf in Frisco for 4 days and loved the duplex. It was in a great location - very easy walk to downtown Frisco and restaurants, etc. The house was very clean and well-equipped in the kitchen.

Great private hot tub. Very friendly full time resident neighbors on the other side.Very close to Breckenridge which is also a fun downtown with lots of restaurants.

If you like BBQ ribs try the Araphoe Cafe in Dillon. They are the best I have ever had!

We recommend this property without reservation!

Great location & condo

  • 5 of 5

We came into Frisco for a wedding from FL and really enjoyed our time the property. The proximity to Main St. was a great perk, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also enjoyed the close proximity to some of the outdoor activities. The place was extremely clean and well stocked for our arrival.

I would absolutely recommend staying at this property and will look to book future visits here.
