Our family currently lives in Denver, with easy access to the mountains. We feel very lucky to own such a wonderful home and have done our best to create a beautiful vacation rental for you to enjoy as well. We hope that you enjoy staying in our condo as much as we do.
Patty purchased this Condo in 2007
Why Patty chose Breckenridge
We love our place because of the views and because it is so peaceful. There are no common walls with any other unit. Plus, we're true ski-in and ski-out. Add in the convenience of being just a few blocks from Main Street and we feel we have the perfect location for a family ski holiday.
What makes this Condo unique
This condo location is unique because it truly offers the best of both worlds in Breckenridge. It's quiet, yet steps away from a ski lift and a short stroll (or catch the shuttle) from Main Street. We just LOVE the location!

Great location, but tiny for a four bedroom.
Good location just above the Snowflake lift (500 feet to lift), but unit was very small. Picture of Living Room in listing is entire Living Room. Very small Dining Room and very tiny kitchen. Basically four bedrooms squeezed into a three bedroom (at best) unit. Living Room/Family Room only seats five (sofa and love seat). Cable TV with only one "local" channel (Fox 13 out of Denver). No Breck channels and no ABC, NBC, CBS. All that said, if you don't mind being squeezed in, it is a well maintained, nice unit.
Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
This was a great property for a weekend in Breck. Both the property manager and home owner reached to ensure we were taken care of, which we were. Great stay. I hope we have occasion to come back.
wondful family trip
This was everything we needed and expected. Our family of nine was a little tight, but we fit in just perfect. I recommend this for anyone.
We had a great stay at Tyra Summit. The condo had everything we needed. I loved the view out the windows of the family room. Just beautiful. Great location. You can walk to main. Enjoyed cards on the nice big table.
Good location for lift access. A short walk to main street.
Great mountain getaway!!
My family and I rented this condo to be in Breckenridge for one of the last stages of the USA Pro Challenge Tour. Our "party" included my two daughters and their husbands who slept in the rooms with the queen beds, two grandchildren (ages 2-1/2 & 5) who loved the bunk bed room, and my husband and I took the twin bed room. It was especially nice to have the luxury of THREE bathrooms.
The location was perfect....we could walk down to town to eat and shop, or to hike, mountain bike or run on a nearby trail. The kids loved riding the gondola up to the kiddie park. (Kind of expensive, but not as costly as skiing in the winter!)
There was absolutely NOTHING that we needed that wasn't provided. The owner has thought of everything.....and when I needed to email her, she responded right away. This was our very first experience renting on VRBO; we definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again.
