One of Destin's premier developments, Maravilla is located directly across the street from its own 2.5 acre deeded, unspoiled beach.

Two swimming pools (one heated with a whirlpool spa), tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue grills, clubhouse, large interior parking area, 24-hour gated security and an exercise facility are part of the Maravilla experience.

The Destin area includes outdoor activities such as jet-ski rentals, para-sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, water skiing, surfing, golf, amusement parks & deep sea fishing. It also offers world class restaurants (several within walking distance) and upscale shopping (Destin Commons is a 5 minute drive).

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our ground floor condo which is comprised of a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a guest room with two twin beds, two bathrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen with full sized appliances, a dining room with breakfast bar and a laundry room. There are three flat screen TVs, two DVD players, one DVD/VCR combo and a game table for board games/cards. Also available is a complimentary beach chair service, which includes two chairs and an umbrella. The chairs and umbrella will be set up on the Maravilla private beach each morning for our guests. Free high speed internet and wifi are also included.

Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors that access a patio with views of the Gulf and it's just a short walk to the Maravilla private beach or the pools.

Our unit is non-smoking. It is pet & kid friendly. There is a $50 (non-refundable) pet fee.

Why Bill Conrad chose Scenic Gulf Drive East

Andy & Missy stayed in the Maravilla community for a quick trip before Missy went back to work after maternity leave in the summer of 2013. They enjoyed their stay and, on a whim, walked through unit 3103 to see what a 2 bedroom had to offer....and they liked what they saw! After coming home and describing it to us, we were excited to embark on this adventure together.

What makes this condo unique

Even after just a short time of owning our condo, some of our favorite things are the view from the covered patio, the short walk to the beach and the spacious, open living & dining area. We hope you find these to be some of your favorites too!

Welcoming and Close to Beach

I cannot say enough about the wonderful time that we had on vacation at the Conrad’s condo. From the moment we arrived we knew this place was going to be a great place for our entire family, including our English Bulldog, Winston.

I have stayed in many different VRBO units and this one is at the top with the essentials that were made available to the renters. From the beach toys and chairs, to the detergent and dryer sheets, everything was available to use. Our friends stayed in another 2 bed unit in Maravilla, facing the gulf, and our unit (3103) was much bigger and provided the extra space that my family needed. If a welcoming space, essentials and helpful owners are what you are looking for you will find it all in this condo.

The complex has two pools and we used both during our stay which was the last week of March. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for those “chilly” nights that we still had. The tennis courts and shuffleboard are great additions as well. My favorite amenity that they have are the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that are available. It was much appreciated as that is one less thing I have to bring to the beach. The beach is not too crowded and was only a 2 minute walk from the condo to the beach chair. I would not hesitate to rent from Mr. Bill and the Conrad’s again. Their condo was just perfect and I would not hesitate to rent for them again.

Comfortable & Convenient

We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of room in this condo, along with it being only 300 feet from the beach, the convenience to restaurants, and shopping makes it a prime spot. The property was clean and well-maintained. And Bill is a pleasure to work with, very responsive to all my questions. We would return to Unit 3103! If you go, take a walk to Pompano Joes' for their Reggae roles!! Yum!! PS, thank you for being Pet Friendly.

Exactly what I needed!

My stay at Maravilla 3103 was just as I had hoped. It started with the owner contacting me immediately, and answering any questions I had. When I arrived, I found it very clean and quiet. I was amazed at all the supplies that were available. It was a great location by the beach and perfect for walking my dog. I definitely want to come back to this unit!

Comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Bill Conrad's Maravilla unit 3103. The unit was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We especially liked the convenience since the property was located just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and supplied with everything you needed to make your stay memorable. The two pools were an added bonus and really enjoyed by our grandchildren that stayed in another unit. Our Golden-doodle dog would also like to thank Bill for a very cool and comfortable place to stay during the hot Florida days. We would definitely consider staying here again next year!!
