The chalet is a single-family home, situated in the forested, private, and highly desirable Peak 7 location. It is a short 5 minute drive to Breckenridge Gondola lifts, 5 minutes to the Breckenridge Free Skier Parking, or 5 minutes to Breckenridge Downtown Main Street (restaurants, shops, and night life). Or, take a cheap Uber ride! It is a quiet and serene location, with minimal traffic, so you know you’re truly in a home with “mountain experience”. If you enjoy mountain views, safely viewing wildlife, and the coziness and spaciousness with the convenience of skiing and town 5 minutes away, then this is your perfect ski chalet. The chalet is a 3 bed/2 bath approx. 1750 sq. ft.; sleeps 10 comfortably.

This is in addition to the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, oversize outside deck, and walk-out patio. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a Queen-sized bed. Additionally, there is a sleeper pull out from the sofa in the living room. House has a Washer and Dryer for washing your clothes. The Fireplace in the hearth room is perfect for cozy family time, book reading, or just relaxing. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars at the property.

The home has plenty of space inside and outside. It is surrounded by natural forest pines, and hiking trails are right within walking distance. Large Open Space around the exterior of the home. The home is 1750 Sq. feet. Compare that with your typical Breck condo which is ~800 Sq. Feet. You will have plenty of elbow room here.
This house is professionally maid service cleaned after every guest stay, no matter the guest’s # of nights. Linens are refreshed after every guest, and the hot tub is professionally serviced after every guest stay as well. The house has a professional snow plow contract with a local provider, should you be lucky enough to enjoy a Winter Storm during your stay—the driveway will be plowed for your vehicle access without you lifting a finger.
