Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was very close to the beach and the complex was close to a number of restaurants. We didn’t need a car. We had grocery deliver from Kirk’s Market which worked out well. There is also a small convenience store in the gas station across the road. We took the public buses often and they are very reliable. It is $5 for 2 people so good idea to bring $5 and $1’s. When needed we took taxis which are also reliable. The East End is not very accessible without a car but you may be able to take a tour or taxi there.

The unit was clean and had plenty of towels. The kitchen had the dishes and cookware we needed. There is no dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer which was convenient. The TV gets a number of channels. There is a DVD player if you want to bring any. It was nice having the screened in patio and we had breakfast and lunch out there. We would see Iguana’s quite often.

The beach has nice chairs and umbrellas all set up for you to use. Even though we were close to Royal Palms where the cruise ship people go, it was no problem since we had our own area. It was good having that nearby since they rent paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis. We brought our own snorkel gear but you can rent that also. There is good snorkeling right from the beach. A lot of people sit outside to watch the sunset every night. I only used the pool once and had it to myself. It was very nice and well kept.

We walked to the Royal Palms on our first night for dinner and it was very nice. The other restaurants we liked best were Craft Bar(right across the road), Lobster Pot and Aqua.

For activities, we did the Turtle Farm, Atlantis Submarine, Mangrove Kayak tour and Snuba.

Jarrod was easy to work with and answered all my questions prior to booking and prior to arrival.

We hope to come back and rent this unit in the future.

Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

My husband & I returned to Cayman for our 25th Anniversary. I did a lot of research on where to stay & found this condo. We were very pleased; it was just what we hoped for! Jarret was very responsive & good to work with. Perfect distance to the beach with a great view from the patio. The Cayman sunsets are amazing! Always plenty of chairs down at the beach… never crowded unlike the resorts that are down the beach. We didn’t rent a car. Most everything we needed was within walking distance, close to Camana Bay, restaurants, shopping, etc…. We cooked most of our meals in & the kitchen had everything we needed. Fosters a grocery store is about a mile from the condo. If you have bags of groceries to bring back I would suggest catching the city buses that run up & down 7 mile beach. It’s about $2pp. They will take you anywhere you need to go up & down 7 mile. Cayman Reef is a well-kept property. Always felt safe even when we were out at night. We will be returning for sure & would definitely book this property again!

Picture Perfect

  • 5 of 5

Super smooth set up and booking transaction. Owner is very prompt with communications and accurate with information. Picture shown is exactly what we experienced. A perfect place for my wife and I to sit on the porch in the morning with coffee, talk and listen to the ocean, followed by watching the sunset with a cool beverage in hand in the evenings. Grocery store is very close, coffee shop and liquor store with in a 5 minute walk. My wife and I prefer to dine in, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make wonderful meals for the entire trip. There are umbrellas and chairs available for relaxing time by the ocean. Assigned parking so you never have to look for a place to park. I would pick this place again over any commercial hotel.

We hope to be back to this place!!!!

  • 5 of 5

It was our second trip to Grand Cayman. First time we stayed at Marriott two years ago.

This place is much better!!!

It was a little problem upon arrival that was resolved very quick- Jarret (the owner) responded and took care of it immediately making sure that we had a great vacation.

The Resort has the most convenient location-right on the wonderful beach, close to Camana Bay, restaurants, shopping, supermarket, etc. The Unit has everything that you need and having breakfast on the patio overlooking the water is just amazing!

I hope will go back next year and will definitely rent this Unit!

shhh... don't tell anyone this is Paradise!

  • 5 of 5

We recently returned from a wonderful vacation to Grand Cayman. Jarrett the owner is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. His unit is perfect - 1 bedroom just mere steps from the beach. A nice quiet property away from the noisy hustle & bustle - but still centrally located on Seven Mile Beach. Walking distance to several restaurants, stores, etc. The unit comes with all the necessary amenities and was recently updated. A nice comfy king size bed with lots of pillows and comfortable couch / chairs. Lovely patio with a view of the ocean. Fully outfitted kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. And - a nice quiet pool area with plenty of chairs. Wish there were more umbrellas at the pool and beach. Jarret kindly provides an umbrella you can take to the beach and plenty of water toys, towels, etc. Only had a minor issue with the phone not working but the office staff were friendly and placed any island phone calls we needed. This unit was a perfect home away from home in paradise.

Cayman Lover also

  • 5 of 5

We have been coming to Cayman since 1992. We have always stayed at Cayman Reef. We have been staying in Unit 19 for at least 10 years and just love it. So close to the beach and love the shaded porch to eat our breakfast and lunch. It's close to so many restaruants and shopping in walking distance. Wouldn't go or stay any place else!!
