This spacious, newly renovated condo is a wonderful retreat for families and groups looking for a fun filled getaway by the beach in sunny San Diego. This property is centrally located in the most exceptional part of San Diego. Walk out the front door and you are less than one block to Mission Bay, or head the other direction and within a block you can dip your toes in the Pacific Ocean and relax at the beach. You can also head right out your door down Mission Boulevard where you will you will find restaurants, shops and awesome nightlife.

Located at the corner of Mission Blvd and Tangiers Court, this newly remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home offers everything you can imagine for a wonderful vacation. The proximity to both the beach and bay are unparalleled. You can see the ocean and feel the ocean breeze from the 3rd floor master bedroom balcony or enjoy bay views from the living room. The property features hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, brand new beachy-chic furniture, large flat screen TVs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom, furnished patio with gas BBQ, air conditioning (which most places do not have), and much more.

Linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. are offered for your convenience. There is a two car tandem parking garage which will fit two economy/compact cars. Large trucks or passengers vans will likely not fit. Please note the home sleeps 8 in beds. We can accommodate up to 10 guests if you request an areomattress in advance.

Great Vacation Home away from Home

Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us. The space is amazing, and perfect for a family traveling together or individuals. You are SO close to the beach, closer to the bay, and many restaurants. The grocery store is about a half a mile away. As others have shared the garage is tight. However, we managed to get a rental minivan in every single time... with inches to spare. I would suggest adding a hair dryer, and possibly add to the binder of helpful hints... more local restaurants. There are so many. Liz was great to work with on any questions that I had. Hoping to return to 804 sooner as opposed to later. Thank you.

We would go again!

The house was great! Very spacious for 9 adults and a baby. We loved how the bedrooms were split by floors; 2 on one 2 on another, so it felt very spacious. Lots of natural light. Location was great! Beach and the bay one block away in either side. I'd recommend the Swell Coffee shop for breakfast; it was amazing and literally two min walk. Thanks for the great stay!

This rental will undoubtedly be my go-to when I visit SD.

We rented this property for a family trip in February (4 adults + children). With only a couple of minor CONS on our list, the PROS were far greater!


PROS: Ideal for exploring San Diego, with countless restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, and close proximity to freeways. The beach and bay are right outside the door + a great little coffee shop/breakfast bar.

CONS: Parking was NOT ideal. Accessibility and size of the garage make parking tricky; it's long and NARROW (one person has to get out before pulling in). I drive an Outback and fit with very little room to spare on the sides. Two cars could potentially fit, but there is a rack at the end with recreation gear, which pretty much prevents that entirely. Along with the narrow space itself, the angle and alley parking make it difficult to pull in. If you have a group staying here (which you probably would with four bedrooms) you will need to find street parking for the others and that is hit or miss.


PROS: The photos posted for this condo are beautiful, but they almost don't do it justice. It is styled so perfectly for it's beach location, along with being CLEAN and comfortable. Our group had plenty of space to spread out or to congregate. The beds were firm but the pillows were heaven. There was bar and table seating for dining, and the entire kitchen/living/dining space is open and can accommodate a variety of arrangements.

CONS: We stayed here in February so the temperature inside was perfect, but I could see if getting pretty hot upstairs during warmer months.

The living area is spacious and inviting, but there is only one sofa for comfy seating. With hard floors, this poses some discomfort if you all want to curl up at night and play a game or watch a movie. Some additional chairs or an area rug in this space would be helpful.


PROS: We really enjoyed the nearby restaurants and beaches. Management was professional and helpful.

CONS: No gear for kids. We had to travel with our own pack n play and baby gate (which was 100% necessary for the steep stairs).

Our biggest gripe was that contrary to the strict quiet hours policy, we had some NOISY neighbors in the adjoining rental. Two nights of late night/early morning shenanigans kept us from sleep. Despite this frustration, the management was very helpful and prompt offering a solution.

I wanted to take a moment to address some of you comments: -Parking: Unfortunately any rental in Mission Beach has VERY tight parking, it is just the nature of the way things are built in the area. Our garage is very long but narrow and can accommodate two compact cars tandem style or one full size suv/car. We do have shelves in there which take up a small area of space but we need those to store all the beach chairs, extra propane for the grill, sand toys, etc. for your enjoyment when you are there :-) -You mentioned that you could imagine the top floor could get very hot in the summer which is why we have central A/C throughout the top floor. Makes it very nice in the summer/hotter months! -Baby Equipment: Unfortunately we can not provide baby equipment for liability reasons but we are always happy to coordinate with local baby rental supply companies to have everything delivered and set up before you arrive and removed after you check out. - I am SO sorry you had trouble with a noisy neighbor! This happens every once in a blue moon because we have a very clear rental agreement that makes it very clear that our property is not a party house and we do have quiet hours. If that were to ever to happen again let me know as soon as the issue arises so that I can contact the neighbor and get them to stop the noise or leave the property. Overall I am so happy you enjoyed the home so much! We would LOVE for you to stay again and do offer a 10% discount to return customers. Sincerely, Liz K -

Wonderful place

The condo was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen very well stocked and had everything we needed. The only negative was only 5 chairs for dining table, using a bar stool wasn't ideal with 6 adults in our group. The bed was a little firmer than we're used to but manageable.

The location is perfect short walk to beach and bay. Water views of both. The garage is long and narrow, Toyota Corolla fit ok but not the SUV. Street parking a challenge but doable.

Owner responded promptly when I notified we had a leak from rain.

Thanksgiving; great family time

We arrived on 11/23 and departed on 11/27 for a Thanksgiving break with our adult children. The accommodations were clean, cosy, and cute. The kitchen and living areas were great for our "bonding" over turkey and football. :)

The mattresses were a bit too firm for our taste, but "sleep-able." The location was great for walks on the beach and convenient to drive into San Diego for sightseeing. We walked to the local grocery and pharmacy to pick up items we'd forgotten--very convenient! The unit's stairs were a bit of a surprise--glad we didn't bring grandma because she couldn't have negotiated, but were fine for active adults. Would recommend to friends visiting Mission Beach!
