About Ann Bitner
I am the fourth generation owner of this building and business. I grew up in Loudonville, and although I spent a few years in Cleveland where I met and married my husband, we moved home to raise our family. We both continue to live and work in this community.
Ann Bitner purchased this Apartment in 1988
Why Ann Bitner chose Loudonville
Red Window Townhouse came about because a friend was looking for a place to stay when she visited family here in Loudonville. The apartment above my business had been empty for some time, even though both my husband and I, and both of our sons and their wives had lived in it, I suggested to her that I fix it up and she could stay there. The building housing Red Window has been in my family for a century, my father was born in the apartment, I grew up in this business, it is a part of who I am.
What makes this Apartment unique
Living right downtown has so many advantages. You can walk out the front door to shops, banking, restaurants, and recreational activities. The windows in the living room overlook Main Street and the hills south of town are visible from the back deck. The apartment has original skylights for natural light and even though it is right downtown, you won't feel like you are.

Charming townhouse located close to everything the Mohican area has to offer.
From the minute you walk in, you know you are in special space. Everything is designed for visitor comfort, from the beds, the bathroom and living area. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, hair dryer, soap; the kitchen has anything one might need to cook or entertain. Beds are comfortable, all entertainment equipment comes with easy to follow instructions. Though we were only an hour(ish) from Our homes near Columbus, we all agreed the townhouse took us away from the hustle and hassle of city life. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed ours.
How nice! Thanks so much. Hopefully, next time you visit the weather will be more cooperative. Come back anytime!
Lovely apartment -- super clean and comfortable
Really enjoyed our stay. Such a great apartment - has everything you would want or need. In the heart of downtown Loudonville. Would visit again if we're ever close by.
Thank you so much. I hope you do have the chance to visit again.
Ann’ apartment is charming and inviting.
My family of 6 adults enjoyed the warmth of the decor and how clean everything was maintained. The 2 beds were comfortable and the queen sized, pull out couch was great with Ann’s added foam mattress. She has thought of everything you need for a great stay. Thank you Ann.
Thank you so much! I hope you enjoyed your stay in our lovely village. Come back anytime!
Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful
The condo was everything as described and more. Like stepping into a 1930's apartment over a store. Three generations of the owner lived there. I can't wait to go again. A great value for the money.
