After a day on the slopes, take advantage of the multitude of amenities available in the Purgatory Lounge. Just down the elevator, you will have access to the private owner’s lounge complete with a bar, game room and breakfast every morning (additional charge payable to the resort) during the season. A ski valet and fully equipped locker room saves the hassle of dragging ski equipment to your condominium, while the on-site hot tub, heated swimming pool with slide and fitness center complete your luxury mountainside experience. And after your day on the mountain, enjoy a relaxing massage at the full-service on site spa.

Also located within the Purgatory Lodge is Purgy’s Bar and Grill with a full menu and bar, while the Bear Bar is a great outside option to watch the action on the slopes while enjoying lunch and a drink.

Hello, welcome to the beautiful southwest corner of Colorado. We are a family of four who have been skiing Purgatory for 20 years. We love the non-pretentious laid back authentic feel of the area. This year we finally decided to pull the trigger and become owners. We hope you enjoy the area and our condo as much as we do. Pictures simply cannot do justice to the look and feel of this building. There is nothing else like it at the base of Durango Mountain Resort. The convenience of getting on the chair lift 40 steps outside your door is unbelievable. The amenities of this building make the stay so wonderful.

Having access to the private owners' area makes this building an easy choice. Games, daily breakfast (additional charge payable to the resort), a bar and lounge with majestic views... it's perfect.

Family Destination Vacation was a HIT!

This is the place you wonder what it would be like to stay at. Great location, amenities, and entertainment. The Million Dollar Highway rivals Yosemite Valley in its beauty. Our Family had a wonderful time and we plan to come back again next year.

Perfectly appointed

We stayed in this unit over the Christmas holiday. It was everything we had hoped for and more! The unit is clean and well appointed and our whole family was very comfortable. The location could not be more convenient.

Damage Insurance $59

In lieu of requiring a sec. dep., we require a nonrefundable $59 damage protection insurance policy for incidental damage. This is a much cleaner solution for damage protection than requiring a hefty security deposit.

The 15.8% tax rate equals 6.8% sales tax + 9% resort tax. These are required by law. Property is professionally managed by Durango Mountain Resort and all fess and taxes are collected by them under their Colorado sales tax license.

We do NOT charge housekeeping/cleaning fees!

50% due at Reservation/Balance due 60 days prior.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
